  1. Sorry to hear of this loss. There is never a "good " time to pass, but 56 is definitely way to young. May her colleague Rest In Peace.
  2. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY SUE & RICK We are on the same schedule, also. Our 31st is September 28th.
  3. Marietta... That is fantastic news. So glad the family is going to be together and that everything worked out for getting cabin(s) booked.
  4. Greg, Sorry for the loss of your friends mother. Congratulations to your coworkers son. Definitely a day of mixed emotions. Joe
  5. Illinois is 1 of the many states that allow you to remain anonymous, whereas, in CT (for some ridiculous reason) your name has to be revealed. I recall a story about a woman who had won the lottery and her nephew called her with a sob story about how he was down on his luck and needed money for his college tuition, car repairs, rent and yadda, yadda, yadda. She let him go on for about 15 - 20 minutes until she finally told him, "Seeing as that I am an only child with no brothers or sisters, I sure as hell don't have a nephew. Goodbye.
  6. Might try to take in an Astro-Red Sox game. Not sure who to root against in that one!! 😄 Just kidding, always root against the Red Sox. You've got that right..... LOL ⚾⚾
  7. Happy 15th Anniversary to your daughter. Greg, my thoughts exactly. More like the gangways literally fell off the edge of the pier as the ship moved away. Sorry for the loss of your friends wife. May she Rest In Peace.
  8. As OB stated, it is still there. The Mussels were absolutely "to die for". On one of our anniversaries, we woke up and decided to take the 2 1/2 hour drive there just for them. We also brought home the Clam Chowder. It was really good also.
  9. Sorry to hear about Pauline's team mate. Marietta, I believe your storm is heading our way. I mowed the lawn yesterday before the brutal heat and humidity showed up, so it can rain all it wants now.🤣😂
