Hi Wayne. It's always a pleasure to read one of your reviews as they are always straightforward and entertaining. First let me says that we were sorry to hear of your dad's passing. Our condolences to you and your family. I'm sure he will always be in your heart. It's been almost 3 years since we sailed with you and I have to say that your girls have really grown up and still look to be as well behaved as we remember them. I think the last review of yours that I remember reading was when your daughter, (I believe it was the oldest one), broke something and had to tool-around with one of those knee-type scooters. It looks now like she has no problems. Hope to be able to sail with you and the family in the near future.

I know I'm about 80 pages behind and I will read all of them, but I just want to say that we made it home safe and sound without any problems leaving the port and the airports. We had a FANTASTIC time and really enjoyed being with and talking to as many of the Bella Group as we could. Most know that I won't be able to make Bella2 but there's a possibility that Amelia could find one of our friends to take my place. TTYL

Greg, I can't believe the grief you've had to go through just to get here, let alone the c*^p you got from the hotel. You guys definitely deserve any and all the cocktails you consume tonight to help relieve the stress. We feel really good as we thought our day was going to be a nightmare originally. They had predicted heavy rain and wind changing to snow before our flight. Ended up with very light rain that stopped before we took off at 6:00. We actually landed in Miami 30 minutes early. After retrieving luggage, Uber had us at the hotel in less than 15 minutes. Hotel stored our bags at 10:00 and said our room wouldn't be ready until 3:00-4:00 so we went for drinks. 20 minutes later, I get a text saying our room was ready. Tomorrow, we will drink together and forget all about Saturday, March 11, 2023.

Do you have to deal with the same type of clowns that we have here in the northeast ? During a normal weather forecast, they stand there with their jackets and ties all nice and straight and talk like human beings. Then, when the "Huge" weather event happens, (up here that would be rain as far as these guys are concerned), the jackets come off, the tie gets loosened and the shirt sleeves get rolled up. Now you have 2 of them hovering over the monitor with their telestrater showing you that it's raining heavily on Edwards Street and then they move about 8 blocks to the north and show you its raining on Isabelle Terrace. Then they move 12 blocks to the West-South-West and tell you it's raining on Churchill Drive. Well "DUH", it kind of stands to reason that since it's raining throughout the entire state, (according to the radar), that it's going to be wet all over the place. Some times I think that the original problem started with their ties being to tight and cutting off the oxygen to their brains and this was the end result. OK... Rant over.... Dismounting from soapbox.

I, on the other hand, am at the opposite end of the spectrum. The really isn't much demand for a person with 37 years of delivering concrete burial vaults to cemeteries. The last thing that job did was keep me young. It has definitely taken its toll on my body and I feel it all the time. This is one of the reasons that I have always looked forward to all my cruises, so I can just relax and chill out.
