Did you get an email for the cancelled drink packages? I was told when I cancelled my cruise that I would get an email about the drink packages (they are automatic when the packages are cancelled), but I would not get an email for the cruise cancellation. They gave me a confirmation number for the cruise portion. I did in fact receive and email for the drink packages being cancelled and refunded (it came through before I even hung up the phone), so if you didn’t get one, I’d call back fo make sure.
No - we received nothing pertaining to cancelling drink packages....guess we are calling tomorrow. 😞

We cancelled two bookings on March 10th both with Drink Packages and have not received anything back yet. I know I should have cancelled the drink packages first and then cancelled, but I forgot.
its been 21 day or 15 business day …. and .. Nothing.

I assume you meant FCC - you should get an e-mail with the details, but if not, it will be on file under your account and can apply to a booked cruise - you'd have to call to get the details, can't look up anywhere..
Yes, FCC - sorry about that - Hmm, we cancelled 3/10 but do not see anything on our C&A account when I log in. Does it matter if we booked thru a TA ? We used a Big Box TA for the booking and cancellation. We received an email from the TA, but have not received anything else from anyone. Have not received any credit from our Taxes, grats, or Drink package.....should we begin to get concerned ?
Also - we booked and cancelled the same cruise for our mothers - but neither of them have a C&A account, how would we find their FCC ?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I haven't been able to find the answer....where will I find my FFC ?
-
We used a big box TA that starts with a C and called them tonight about our Oct rebooked cruise - after 35 wait and then another 45 mins with them talking to Royal - we saved 300 on two rooms.....worth the aggravation to me.
-
We rebooked today for October 26th on the Mariner - not sure when we will get FFC, but hopefully before final payment is due in July.
-
We cancelled our May cruise booked thru Big Box TA and received a confirm from the TA within 10 minutes of filling out the online form.
Although, our confirm seemed correct, the cruise we booked for our Parents, does not seem correct. I called the Big Box TA, was on hold for 3 hours and the phone line hung up on us.
Going to try today to see if we can get through.
As a side question - once the FCC is assigned, where would we see this ? In my confirm, it said it would be tied to our Crown & Anchor account, where on the account would it show ?
Also our parents did not have a C&A account - and the email says an account would be created - how do we get a confirm of the new accounts and what would their log ons be, so we can check their accounts as well ?

If you cancel now, even after finsl payment you will get a full FCC
Thanks for the quick reply !

How are cruises that are past final payment and are non refundable being handled?
Our cruise is set for May 11th - We are not planning on cancelling, but we would like to know for piece of mind.
The below does not address this ? It states 'prior' but does not mention 'post' final payment.
Or am I overthinking this?

We are booking on Oasis as well - Oceanview Balcony - and are wondering where to book, as we have never been this class before.

I guess it all depends on your situation and how you are getting to the port. DH and I were contemplating the same exact itineraries, one leaves from Port Everglades and the other leaves from Port Canaveral. We are driving down from NC and Port Canaveral is 2 1/2 hours closer and a MUCH easier port. We left from Port Everglades on Freedom a few years ago and it was a disaster. We went on the Mariner this past fall, and it was SUPER easy and actually a pleasure compared to Ft Lauderdale.
Based on that alone - we chose the Mariner and Port Canaveral.

Buy low......………….

For the multiple cruises we are watching - they were down over Presidents weekend, but have since went up a few hundred dollars on Tuesday.
The worst part, on our way into work on Tuesday morning, my DH was pricing one of the cruises we have been watching and it was at a price point that we thought was great, so we said we will book it when we get home. After work, we logged into our computer and low and behold, the same cruise went up $300 during the day. Bummed..... couldn't believe they would change the price from 6:30am to 6pm ?!?!

We paid $60 +18% for our May - 4 day Mariner cruise, same cruise now $65.

Steps for me to login without clearing browser cache or anything:
- No need to dismiss the error message
- click the RC logo on the top of the page
- Click "SIGN IN" on RC's home page
You should be in at this point.
Doing this on Edge and the screen just stays blue......hit refresh, the line moves across the top, still nothing.

We priced our cruise and it was $4221 with C&A discount without any OBC or $4321 with $300 OBC without using our C&A discount, so a net -200 by not using it......it was a no brainer for us.

Ok thanks

So now I'm confused - do you need to pay extra or not for items at Fish n Ship, because I have seen a menu with prices on it ?? But it was from the Independence - so do you need to pay on IOS but not the OOS?

Yikes, I'll bet they both will be maxed out with kids. We did Serenade 10 day over Easter in 2017. Has almost 1,000 kids. That's almost half the ship
Not to hi-jack thread but we were also considering this same cruise - April 4th 2021, leaving on Easter Sunday, and we thought that because of Easter that there would be less kids...….is this not true?
What are we missing here?
Our assumption was that school vacations would be over, which would lead to less kids ?
Would it be better to take the March 26th or Feb 12th version of this 9 night cruise ?

Nice!! That's awesome! Enjoy !

Nope - cancelled March 10th on our May 11th cruise - not a dime back yet for anything, including drink packages or pre-paid gratuities.
