Always picking on the snowflakes. Sorry this happened.

Correct me if I am wrong but eating at a table with tablecloth silverwear goes onto table cloth between bites. I do expect restaurant to put out new clean tablecloth for next diner.
Stu, you are wrong. Utensils stay on the plate "between bites" and are not placed on the tablecloth where dining etiquette matters. But hey, it's Carnival, not a state dinner. If I had put my gravy laden utensils on my grandmother's tablecloth between bites on Thanksgiving I would have been told not to.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we all made the world a better place by doing something nice for one another? Are you listening Donald Trump?
Happy to answer any questions.
What's the problem with Donald trump? I bet he would enjoy a Carnival cruise.

When I ask for Zspa I sound like one of the Gabor sisters, dahling. :)

We're sailing on the Carnival Splendor and due to the late afternoon embarkation time we received we're looking for a nearby location to the pier in Miami for either a Burger King or McDonald's. Which do you prefer and why?

This charter cruise Diana Ross preformed.
How the mighty have fallen.

Yes, my wife and I both cursed it and hope that whomever took it has bad luck for a very long time.
So you're praying they get the Keys2Hell over a camera. Roger that.

Sorry to hear you're terminal, have a happy cruise anyway :p

You do realize that that comes across as very dismissive and arrogant, right? LOL. But we'll move along.
It does. It sounds like a parent talking to a naughty child.

I would like to meet the guy who looks like Herman Munster, fun looking man. Thanks for all the great photos.

Seems like an obvious thing to do. Wonder why the brands dont talk to each other.
Stu-
The point of the article is now they do speak with each other :)

I guess this is one of the reasons why we like booking aft balconies...lower incidence of crying babies or small children. Nothing against kids, we love them, but don't see a lot of families booking into these rooms.
We encourage families with young children to book aft balconies, our little grand kids prefer them. Keys2AftBalcony :p
OP, we have had empty cabins next to us, most often on Fantasy class inside cabins but twice on aft balcony Spirit Class ships.

??Why do "conspiracy" theories about everything purchased abroad seem to raise their heads on this site?
and why do posts that have nothing to do with Carnival Cruise Line get posted on this forum?

You are entitled to tip the way you see fit, as am I.
Do what you want lady, I'm here to share the facts, not change your opinion.

Welcome-
If you go to the homeport departure forum for the port you are sailing from here on Cruise Critic you will find information on hotels and the like. Carnival Cruise Line doesn't own or operate hotels in the U.S.
-
Yup.. because we actual pay restaurant staff a minimum wage, no different than any other minimum wage job.
I do tip...just as I want and who I want and how much I want.. not who Carnival or other passengers tell me too!
Therein is the difference between there and here: here in the states persons working for tips are not paid a wage designed for them to live on and make less than the minimum wage. They depend on tips to earn a livable wage unlike in Canada. We have a two tiered system of wages: one for non-tipped and one for tipped. Did you know this? Here there is a very BIG difference in wages and the crew on ships have it worse earning room, board and about $50 per month. Do what you want lady, I'm here to share the facts, not change your opinion.

What's the difference between canoes and Canadians? Canoes tip :)
