I have been a casino prime member for several years. When they changed over on March 31, 2022. It listed me as prime, but, after ten cruises, no points have been posted. I have asked casino hosts and the booking agents to have this corrected. Each person said they would email IT, and have it corrected, but no luck. When I called to book my last cruise, the agent said, I have zero casino points. I am getting a little nervous, as I have made a large donation to all the ships casinos, and want credit for next year. Has anyone else had this problem, and any suggestions for a contact. Thank you.
