  1. Just found this list of 2022 menu prices on HAL. I'll try to link it. https://profcruise.com/holland-america-bar-menus-and-drink-prices-2022/
  2. When and where does HAL post where their various ships are tied up? We leave a week from today and would like to know which terminal and berth the Rotterdam will depart from.
  3. I am. Wish I were on a cruise that visited Guadeloupe.
  4. Where can I locate info letting me know which nights are considered "dress up nights". Thanks.
  5. If my cruise got yanked out from under me like that, I would take my money and walk away.
  6. That sucks. What's going on at HAL, or are other lines doing the same?
  7. Are you on the Mar 18 Southern Caribbean Wayfarer cruise?
  8. Less than a month ago, an excursion on St. Martin (the semi-submersible one) was dropped. Now this week the stop at Barbados was eliminated, with Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines I had an excursion scheduled that I was really looking forward to doing. It was the photographic Expedition. Too bad. I don't think Kingstown, St Vincent equals Bridgetown, Barbados.
  9. I'm booked for a cruise that leaving in less than 2 weeks, however I haven't been able to down load any menus.
  10. I've asked this question in the middle of another thread. Knowing it might not be read, I'll ask the question in it's on thread. Somewhere in all the documents and information published by HAL, I read all passengers had to be onboard at least 1 hour before scheduled departure. The Rotterdam is scheduled to get underway at 03:00 PM. My just received time to board is 02:00 PM. It will be impossible for all passengers to be on board 1 hour before the 3 pm departure. Has HAL screwed up here? This cruise, when it was originally being sold, was scheduled to depart at 04:00 PM. On 11/11/22, we got a notice from HAL that the new departure time was 3 pm. The notice also said all guests must be on checked in by 2 pm. I don't see how all guests can be on board 1 hour before departure, when our Group J is supposed to start checking in 1 hr (02:00 PM) before departure.
  11. Thanks for responding. Good news is I got our boarding time late yesterday. Unfortunately I'm now confused. The check in time for my Group J is 02:00 PM. The Rotterdam is scheduled to depart 03:00 PM. I've read on one of the other many documents sent to me that we had to be on board no later than 1 hour before departure. I'm not sure how a person scheduled to board at 2 pm can be on board no later than 1 hour before departure which is 3 pm.
  12. I have received our boarding passes today. It has the official bar code. However we haven't received our check in time yet.
  13. Amen to having good old paper back for confirmation. I've already printed out copies confirming our specialty dining, shore excursions, the entire finalized Booking Confirmation, and cruise insurance purchase. I want to limit any issues on board.
  14. I'm scheduled a cruise 18th thru 29th of March. It is a "Have It All" cruise. I'm good with regard to the specialty dining and excursion credits. Took care of that today. My question is how HAL handles the Drinks Package. Do I have to do something before hand, or is it automatically added to the card we are issued when we board? The Celebrity Cruise I went on several years back just added the drinks pkg to our cards when we went aboard. Thanks for any help.
