A while back someone recommended a plan called nationwide prime as an option that covers shore excursions booked with third parties. The only names of plan options available are universal, choice or luxury. Can anyone clarify? Ty.

how easy is it to reach nationwide customer service and or to file a claim? have used allianz in the past, not the greatest with the claims but at least very easy to reach a representative. i tried calling nationwide just to ask a question, midweek a few weeks ago and there was a twenty minute wait. figured id post to get feedback what to expect. ty

When you say capacity, do you mean that there was a 45 child limit and then after they had that number they were turning people away?

Regarding Challenges- Lack of entertainment When you say lack of entertainment, we were on escape pre covid and the entertainment options were huge, different bars with live music, the atrium and theater shows, the piano bar taking requests every night etc... Are some of these things still missing due to covid? Ty so much.

Seems to be lack of clarity around testing. Based on current ncl guidelines can someone pls share who needs to be vaccinated, how much before and what method of testing (eg pcr or rapid) for the following sample guests and sailing? western Caribbean departing from Miami 1 eighty yr old grandparent vaccinated and boosted 1 parent vaccinated 7 yr old vaccinated 9 yr old not vaccinated 12 yr old vaccinated Feel free to share other examples as well if the above scenario is missing something. Anyone have more details on the following scenarios: Random person tests positive for Covid and they were sitting next to you the night before in the theater, can ncl compel u to get tested even if your not showing any symptoms? Random family sitting on the table next to you by breakfast tests positive , can they compel you to take test if u don’t have symptoms? not finding answers to these questions… or any similar scenarios, in case there’s a resource with answers to qs like this. Are the closures of the splash pad and kids swim areas on most ncl ships or is it limited to the Breakaway? does anyone know if it’s closed for the same reason that splash academy is closed or is maintenance related? Thnx.

What do you mean stranded in Belize? If you go off harvest caye to mainland, they test for Covid and if positive they don’t let you back on the ship?
