Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. For those unfamiliar with the concept: If you purchase 100 shares of NCL, you will receive either $100 or $250 onboard credit for every cruise you take. To provide further information, you can visit this website: https://www.nclhltd.com/investors/shareholder-benefits Previously, the cost of 100 shares was quite high at $60 per share, totaling $6000. However, due to the impact of COVID-19, the share price has dropped significantly to $13 per share, amounting to $1300 for 100 shares. This decline in price can be attributed to the lack of income over the past two years and the substantial expenses incurred. However, based on their projections for 2022 and 2023, NCL is expected to perform exceptionally well. This quarter marks the final payment for their new ships, indicating that from January onwards, the stock will likely experience a significant increase as their income has consistently grown by 56% each year. Considering these factors, it is reasonable to anticipate that the stock will rebound to $60 per share within two years. Just imagine if you were to invest $10,000 at the current low rate and sell it at $60 per share. You would stand to make $45,000 in just two years. To help you make an informed decision about purchasing stocks, you can refer to their report from November 1st: https://www.earningswhispers.com/epsdetails/nclh Regardless of the stock's performance, one enticing aspect is that shareholders receive this onboard credit bonus every time they go on a cruise.
  2. When I look at the conditions of this promotion found on https://www.nclhltd.com/investors/shareholder-benefits, I see that it says that "travel agent rates are excluded", but it doesn't mean that you got travel agent rates. Maybe you just didn't get those rates, and therefore were edglible for the promo. However in my eyes these conditions make no sense, if someone purchases shares it has benefits for NCL, it has nothing to do with any holliday you book. It doesn't matter if you get a special rate, because there are others who also get this TA rate, and they didn't buy any NCL shares. So basicly they are saying that they prefer you not to purchase NCL shares. That wouldn't make sense, because then everyone sells if you can't have that benefit, and then the stock crashes.
  3. Did you guys notice? NCL free at sea package prices doubled over night from 100 to 200 euro and from 150 to 250 euro What a steep increase
  4. I aagree, there is no reason to go beyond platinium, ont top of that, almost everybody is getting platinium, so it is not special anmore and priority perks make no sense when so much people have it.. At msc they are more clever: if you don't cruise once every three year you loose your status (akthough thats very aggressive...) They could have remove 50 points each year after each two years not sailing Going to saphire should have had something more interesting like 20% reduction on "spa access pass" 30% reduction for diamond 40% reduction for ambassador Or reduction on the "vibe beach club" ? Those would be intresesting incentives to go higher up the lattitudes I have no idea how we can communicate with those that create the lattitiude tiers to tell them that Btw: most of the perks are things you can also purchase or don't make much difference when you have a suite balcony or haven
  5. Does the concierge do not get tipped already by the 580 dollar service charges everybody needs to pay per cabin ?
  6. I suppose the real benefit lies in the fact that you don't need to plan stuff on your first cruise day (stress) You can enjoy immediatly. But i think there was also some concierge service as a perk. This service also removes the burden of calling the restaurants for reservations. The concierge will take care of it (if you trust him)
  7. I don't understand how you can be so self assured about your answer. It is sooo wrong The 125 days pre booking is a completely different perk, it doesn"t give you priority seating at all. You just can book it before cruising. The only benefit of doing this, is that your bookings are pre-made so that you don't need to waste your time the first day booking everything.
  8. Cool thank you for clearing that up, at MSC cruises they really make a difference between day and nights. So on my next cruise in march I do a transatlantic cruise 15 days, and I noticed one of your codes: LATDBLX, so that would mean this trip gives 45 points?
  9. I have question for those that already received double or triple points because of lattitude past guest offers. So on a normal cruise i get 1 point per day cruised: 10 day cruise = 10 points But on the website it says: "Earn 1 additional point per night when booking a Latitudes Rewards Insider Offer." So how do we calculate this? 10 points for each DAY and 9 extra points for the nights? Or does it just double to 20? It's so confusing, so I hope somebody could check how it actually resulted when they received the lattitude points
  10. Actually I think the free speciality restaurant was removed for diamond members, i don't see it in the perks list anymore...another MSC downgrade...just like aurea is worth nothing anymore (drink packages and free massage removed from the experience, but the price is still the same) And be carefull with the easy drink package, now you are not allowed to drink coffees or canned juices or ice cream anymore. However if you downgrade to non-alcohol package, then you get those included in your package???strange rules at MSC
