Have been looking at a cruise on the Sapphire Princess in the Fall of 2024. Cannot find when this ship was last dry docked, refurbished, or updated. Could you please provide some feed back on the condition of the ship. Thank you.

Can laundry be done on a cold water wash. Thought I read after covid that a cold water wash was not an option. Thanks

Is the internet package workable for the Hawaiian cruise out of LA?

Have to agree the cruise was great. Embarking at terminal 21 was a mess that I have never experienced. Two women who stated they normally leave on west coast cruises from LA said they never had a problem in LA and asked if Ft Lauderdale was always like this, Told them we never began our cruise from this terminal.before.The other terminal on past cruises did not present a problem. I think the Regal was using terminal 2 on 3/12/23.

Happy to get off at terminal 2 after our 3/12 Panama Canal Cruise(so smooth). Did anyone else think the embarkation at terminal 21 on the 12th was a $h!t show(no order outside-including luggage in the roadway-no lines just crowds to get into the terminal-no marked lines after security check-just mass chaos). Thankfully, disembarkation went much smoother.

Purchased a shore excursion for an upcoming cruise and was charged the full amount. Thought elite passengers received a 10% discount. Any changes recently eliminating the discount?

Speaking of excursions... Anyone ever do the air boat tour at the end of the cruise with the FLL airport transfer? How many people are on the air boat?

If on a 15 day cruise, is the mini bar "doubled" to 16-4-4-4-4-4?

We are elite and just purchased the internet for the 2 of us on an 8 day Cruise. Medallion net for the 2 of us for an eight day cruise. Charged 79.92 for "Medallion-net 1 device WiFi". The 2nd charge is for 80.00 for "MedallionNet Device upgrade". Does this sound right? Thought elite was given the 1/2 off charge. No additional credits reflected in our "Travel summary". Thanks for your input. Any suggestions?

Do the pools on the Summit have stairs or a ladder to enter and exit? Ladders are a problem due to knee issues. Thanks
