Happy Thanksgiving to all on Dani’s wonderful thread! I wish you all a great day with family and friends. I am not hosting this year. We will be spending the day at the home of my best friend and college roommate whose son is my son’s best buddy, almost like brothers. So, I started my holiday decorating a week ago (earlier than normal) and just finished. Here are some pictures of my trees!

Sounds like our weather yesterday! Cold, blustery and rainy! Great day to stay in and cook!!

The Lions are on fire! 🔥I was doubting that they would win yesterday so I decided to go outside and finish my xmas decorations and lo and behold I saw a notification on my watch that they won! Now, let's hope Thanksgiving day against the Packers goes as well!

That is too bad. Kool and the Gang are one of my faves. 😞

And Sue they will playing my son's Alma Mater, the Toledo Rockets, who are 10-1. Unfortunately we will not be able to go. We did go several years ago when they played and won, I think defeating Miami of Ohio. Have a great time in Detroit!

@taznremmy Pat, sorry to be late on letting you know how sorry I am your knee is bothering you. Hopefully, it is no worse than a torn meniscus and like @Sea Dog Greg said, maybe only a strain. Some good physical therapy will help you out for sure. Please let us know what the results of the MRI is and enjoy the rest of the cruise!

OMG, when Dave and I saw the score near the end of the game, we almost fell off of our seats! 🤣 What the heck happened? And then I said, I know maybe Taylor S. was not in attendance since the game was at Denver!🤣 Big, Monday Night game for the Lions tonight!!!!

Back home from our Adventure cruise and not liking the cold temp and gray skies in Michigan!! I apologize but I couldn't keep up with this thread so I hope everyone is doing well and wish the very happiest birthdays and anniversaries to those that I missed!

I paid the same as you Deb. Not only do you get a good quantity but the food is delicious!

Sitting at the airport in FLL after a fabulous cruise on Adventure with our cruise family @Momof3gurlz, @Dadof3gurlz, @Sea Dog and Linda, @Husky1987 and Andi. We shared lots of laughs and good conversations. We were blessed with some really awesome weather as opposed to the forecasted weather not looking so good in the weeks prior. Now we did have some definite “motion in the ocean” and the dreaded “bags” appeared in the stairways but it did not dampen our fun. Our excursion to Jost Van Dyke was simply the best and our last day at Coco Beach Club was perfection! As we were the only ship in yesterday, it was very relaxing. Also several ships couldn’t make it last week so we lucked out! The captain, Captain Jarett, was amazing. He came up to the Diamond/Crown lounge at night and we had some great conversations with him. So personable! As for dining, we did the 3 night package and the MDR for the other 4 nights. We did MTD and were able to sit in the same section on those nights. Our head waiter, waiter and assistant were fantastic! This morning we enjoyed the relaxing Key breakfast, walked right off and into a taxi straight to airport, and breezed thru security. Couldn’t have been more efficient and faster. Now we have to brace for some cold temps when we get home, ughh 😞. Next cruise up is Beyond in March with @Luckynana and @PompeySailor!!

Today was one of the best days I have had on a cruise! So many thanks to our fearless leader @Sea Dog! I must come back!! IMG_3257.MOV
