  2. Two other people answered. You can see from the photos that it isn't very pleasant. I haven't been on the Sun yet but from the diagram of deck 8 aft, it looks like people will walk through the dining room to get to the wake pool. Not sure how they can stop this or change this.
  3. We are concerned about it and going to be watching reviews after October. If we didn't have such a good price on our S4 cabin, we would probably cancel. We certainly wouldn't be paying the $6,500+ more it is now 😳
  4. Totally agree. Now we get the noise and the people walking through in bathing suits to the Wake Pool. Plus the view out the windows will be awful!
  5. I have mine and my husband's in the cart and have tried to "place order" for 2 weeks now and nothing happens. Same with passage contract.... I scroll to bottom and complete but still have the "!" on both of us!!
  6. We have always been charged upon making the reservation. But it is refundable of you change your mind or cancel the cruise. Because of this, we have never minded paying up front as it gets some of the holiday cost covered earlier 😆
  7. It won't accept a cc that expires before your cruise date. I had one that does so used that for ship account.
  8. OMG thank you so much Rick. Nice to see someone believes there could be an app problem! I do have the correct requirements for my password. I read through the link you shared. Thank you! I didn't want to change the password at this point but I did log out and then sign in with my booking number. And.... it works fine now! So now maybe I will change my password using a different special character in case it doesn't like the "!" Thank you for helping me work this out without all the negativity others seem to give.
  9. I called Princess. I was told they are having all sorts of problems with the app this week ranging from booking meals to booking tours to not showing proper status for people and likely my problems with the check in. Not all people are having a problem and they are working on a fix!!! She said to give it 3 to 5 days. I can assure you there seems to be problems!

  11. I have deleted and reinstalled your first link 3 times and rebooted after each delete. Your second link is the Ocean Ready app that several people have said not to use. @Rick&Jeannie ... My password has always had a special character. I'm not causing drama! I'm just asking if anyone else is experiencing the same problems and trying to work out a fix.
  12. I'm giving up! I have done the contract 5 times for both of us and the credit card is entered and shows there. I cannot get the ticks on either of those items. It also gives me an error message when trying to check out on our Mediallion orders. VERY FRUSTRATING!
  13. Yes it is the same question I asked! But I have yet to get the Princess App above to work half the time and get error messages all the time. But the other one - Ocean Ready always let's me in and look at my booking and for the most part, let me do my check in other than its not keeping all my green ticks. The other app seems so far useless and very frustrating. Are you telling me it works perfectly for you?
  14. I am confused as to which is the correct Princess Mediallion App to use for check-in, reserving meal times, tours, etc. I have both of these which are totally different. I completed our check in yesterday in the Ocean Ready one and got all done except it won't complete the Mediallion order. Is there a time period this can be done? We are 500 days out. Also, I had green ticks on everything except the choose your Medallion order and then later a yellow tick on the contract and payment icons even though I completed them. And if I go to the Princess App it shows different ticks than the Ocean Ready app. I'm very confused with their apps!

  17. I am an android user and have tried to find the Medallion App but only find a Princess app (first 2 pics) and Ocean Ready app (3rd and 4th pics). Are either of these the Princess Mediallion app? They are very different from each other but seem to have the same info. Which should we use?
  18. Curious when you sail as ours just shows the Plus. We are in a Penthouse (Vista) but not going until Nov/25. Wondered if they are upgrading earlier sails first.
  19. Thank you so much for your thorough review. We are really enjoying it. So the menu doesn't thrill me. Can you use the OceanNow app and get something delivered to you there?
  20. Just wondered if you tried to change the "free" specialty dining perk to another night or is it totally 1st night or lose it?? We really wanted to go to the Signature Restaurant the first night.
