I am having the same issue with the online form - can't populate the city/state fields. Have tried over several days. The zip is inserted and hit 'Get It' and nothing populates and nothing in the State drop box to select and can't type it in manually,

I just saw a latest update post on MilesTalk that Borgata no longer offers any perks with a match but you still get the Gold card. I have searched but can't find anything or anywhere else that confirms this. Has anyone else heard about this change?

I used both Walgreens and CVS in Cocoa Beach for my March/April cruises. I did have this clinic on Merritt Island as a Plan C (but did not need) which charges $30 for a rapid: Kanokrat Clinic
