  1. All M class cabins except the revolutionized suite (specifically Summit). There they took out the shower lines and bars in the shower.
  2. Am I missing something here? I never intended it to sound like we went by the statue because of who the Captain was. She happened to be the Captain of our cruise at the time.
  3. When Captain Kate was on the Summit we cruised up to the statue. She turned the ship around so both sides could view it. It was wonderful. We sailed twice with her on Summit when she did this but one time she did not because there were too many boats close to the statue. It was not on our itinerary.
  4. I did not go in those hot tubs so I do not know. All I saw was water going around and the button did not work so I would assume there were not jets working.
  5. I can confirm that as well. We were also on the 6 May cruise and the hot tubs were just like a whirlpool with no bubbles. People commented at times that they were hot but others reported lukeware. The t-pool was hot when we got in but was nice once you got in. However, there were no jets in the t-pool (on the sides) as there was in the past. The rack were still nice with bubbles though.
  6. Just FY, the last two cruises where we were contacted regarding preferences were filled out by us but none of our requests were there when we boarded. Both the cabin attendant and the butler noted what we wanted after boarding but had not received any requests from shoreside prior to our cruise.
  7. Not sure why but Advil seems to work on tooth pain. I've used it after an implant and it worked like a charm.
  8. Pompeii was the only one we thought was difficult. There were people on our bus who were not allowed to walk with the group because they had canes or were in wheelchairs. I agreed with that once we started walking over uneven cobblestone (I believe there were cobblestones) rocks for quite a ways. Once they mentioned we should climb the Mt. I said no way after that. BTW I've never had any trouble hiking or climbing in the past so unless something has changed this was a few years ago (2013). Hope this helps.
  9. No worries based on our previous experience on Summit. Hard to find shade up there and at times very windy. We were just on in May and the most we saw up there were a handful of people.
  10. Yes that is not true. We just got off Adventure and had an issue in our suite. We went down to guest services and asked to have the hotel director call us. He came to our cabin, along with the chief housekeeper and assistant housekeeper and also the gues services manager.
  11. Or green apples. Also saltines seem to help some people. They had both at the front desk on Azamara when seas were rough. I always have those sea bands with me.😤
