Oh bummer. I was hoping to get a view of the sea from there. On other ships the atrium is a meet up spot. Always wished there was a large view of the sea while waiting.

I sail on her in a few days. I hear the giant led panels are supposed to open for views of the sea. I haven't seen any pictures of this. Do they open or am I misinformed?

Platinum and Diamond now have to show up at check-in appt slot

Imagine that. Showing up at your assigned (the slot you chose) time slot. Platinum and diamond get to check in a couple days before the "regular" folk. So just pick a time and then show up. Stop slowing down the process by showing up when you feel like it. -
Drinks on us anywhere on the ship and cheers program

I had casino offer of drinks on us all over ship on my last cruise. We were able to purchase the cheers package for my daughter at the atrium bar. I did not have to pay. Some say to stop at guest services first but we didn't do that. Bartender just cleared it with the bar manager.
