No one has mentioned anything regarding the need to leave the ship at the midpoint to us previously. Although, when initially booking I was intending to book the 14 night option but due to it costing considerably less (£100's each) we booked the B2B.

I'm sure they will be able confirm when we embark and guide us through the pain of any additional US customs bureaucracy :o

I can't say definitively - it depends on the port, how the itinerary is and it relies on the vagaries of MSC. What is allowed on one ship sometimes isn't on another.

 

Having said that, we did a B2B in Durban. We didn't have to leave the ship at all. We did all the paperwork at Guest Services in the morning.

 

We were changing cabins, going from an Aurea Suite to a Fantastica balcony. We were able to leave our belongings in the suite 'til the balcony cabin was ready - around lunchtime. When the cabin was ready Guest Services arranged for a couple of personnel to come and assist us with transferring our belongings. Hopefully it'll be the same for you.

We are doing a B2B on the Divina in YC, we are not changing cabins and did not anticipate or plan we'd need to leave the ship in Miami. Slightly concerned this will not be the case, should we check when we board? Anyone have any experience on Divina in Miami?

I've been emailing The Hilton to find out how to make a reservation but no one has responded. What would be the best way that anyone has used previously to book this. The resortforaday.com website is being flagged as not secure by my browser so I'm concerned with regards to using that although previous posts seem to suggest posters have used them, is this the case?

Thanks. We are going to go for the Hilton, it looks delightful, is conveniently located to the port and most of the reviews of any of the public beaches are not very favourable.

We'll just have to drink lots of cocktails :D

We have also been looking at the Hilton day pass, is there an option to do this without the $40 food credit? We do not disembark until 12pm so don't really need food and unless the drinks are expensive we're not likely to use $40 each in an afternoon.

We are just looking for a relaxing day at the beach. I looked at just going to Junkanoo beach but the reviews aren't favourable. Are there any other similar options to the Hilton.

Even if you don't need a boost seat by law but your child would be more comfortable, you could take a BubbleBum inflatable/travel one.

Taxis in some countries can be a bit of an 'experience'....

I was hoping it was being updated gradually as other countries do have it listed.

The Summer 2017 drinks package renaming updates have been applied to the UK website but the benefits table doesn't have the YC update that it will include drinks in all areas. Can I anticipate this will be included in due course?
