When we reached 200 days, we were told we would be sent our Tiffany pins as they didn't have them on board. They never came and later we were told they had been discontinued. When we turned Diamond, there was no recognition at all, not even an email. We persevere with Seabourn because we love the onboard experience, but certainly not the behaviour of 'corporate' which is often sadly lacking.
In July on the Venture they only served afternoon tea occasionally. They told us there was too much wastage with serving it every day, as hardly anyone turned up.
It would be good to know when this starts to come through for people who missed South Georgia on the Christmas cruise. As you say, it's a huge chunk of change!
