Next question - are there supposed to be separate lines for those with table reservations already set vs those without? Seems odd to have a 5pm reservation but need to queue up with folks that do not have one. 

This stupid light! First time on Princess, and it keeps turning itself on randomly throughout the night!

Makes me question my next booking.

I would think a bottle of port is going to appear to be just another bottle of wine and probably wouldn't be detected nor run afoul of the carry-on policy.  They may see sherry as a liquor.  In any case, if you have it with you, the WORST that can happen is they will keep it to end of voyage.  It's not going to be confiscated and enjoyed by the security staff.

The value just isn't there anymore with Celebrity. You're paying Oceania price for near-Royal Caribbean quality. I can pay less for Princess and get more out of it, or I can pay the same for Oceania and get a lot more out of it.

Turning Elite with Celebrity next March, but for 2025 have decided to give Princess our business for 14 days in the Mediterranean.

Agree with you!  Celebrity failed in the execution.  A $5 cookie that is big and different from the rest and sharable with DH is something I would have considered buying to go along with my scoop of gelato.  It goes back to timing, execution, and communication.

I saw! It'll be our first Princess cruise so I'm hoping the MDR is comparable to Celebrity's.

Agree with Terry here. I don't care what it said on paper, in practice the mini fridges were always kept full without batting an eye.

Absolutely. I have no problem rotating between Carnival, Celebrity, and up next - Princess!

Ooh bad news, there's now a Stop Sail fee. You can subscribe to the annual plan which allows you to not sail with Celebrity during a calendar year though!

My main concern with some of the alternatives is their strict rules on dress code. Like c'mon man my jeans cost more than your suit. I wear a suit daily to work, when I'm on vacation I want to relax, not dress like I'm going to the office.
