Thank you. It would have been lovely to meet you both too. We booked in March 2021 over 15 months ago. Pauline is a civil servant and staff shortages and not being replaced caused this issue. One of Pauline's team died in hospital on Saturday. Graham.

Thank you both for your nice comments. All of Pauline's work team wanted the same dates and the name's were put in a hat and Pauline's name was not drawn. Our flights on our rearranged dates are with a different airline and better timings. I will be fully retired then and it was Pauline's birthday but we do have 6 cruises and a hotel holiday given the okay. I was looking forward to meeting you both and other posters too.

I can understand what you are saying John. In certain circumstances like after my heart attack, holiday etc I answered everyone personally because I appreciated the concern. I use my Android mobile phone for all my posts and reading posts so it is quick to scroll for me but I can sympathise if it takes much longer on a computer to scroll.

Good afternoon. It is sunny and 70°F here. I have been out doing sales calls for 6 hours so I'm a bit late today. Thank you for today's daily and fleet reports Rich and Roy for the various lists. Interesting days and quote. I will give the food and drink a miss but the wine sounds nice. Prayers for everyone who need them. I am sitting in our garden relaxing after a busy day. I liked it. I think most of us have aired our frustrations on here and why Dani's thread is special and lasted so long. We eat out often. When we were kids most of my late mam's family used paper plates which are very convenient and we liked them. When our Sarah organises parties in her office they use paper plates.
