Hi Sarah. I have also thoroughly enjoyed reading about your cruise. I was interested to know that you are swaying now you are home. It’s a most peculiar sensation. I wear sea bands on board to help with seasickness (along with tablets if needed) but I also wear them for several days when I get home and I find they help a lot with the swaying motion. The number of days I wear them depends on the length of the cruise. I also wear them ashore on port days. I hope you find that helpful. Happy cruising.
