  1. NCL took payment, booked excursions,charged my credit card. I then received an email showing the excursion confirmation, but showed balance owing on the phone with my travel agent,she was told by ncl that credit card was declined,no reason given So, will wait for promised refund to credit card If and when refund is processed , I am not booking online any more excursions, have lost faith. All the previous posters above on this topic have had NCL screw up Shore Excursions in a mind boggling array of different ways
  2. Apparently NCL declined my payment,(for shore excursions) (which now show as have balance owing) yes credit card has been charged,NCL is supposed to refund my credit card Don't blame you for being confused, I too am " lost on the road" and frustrated.
  3. My nightmare with this issue continues. Contacted NCL, was told that since I booked thru travel agent (Exp.....) I would have to contact them.Did so,long conversation with that agent, who contacted ncl agent on the phone. Was informed my payment was declined, (Oct. 18)and I would receive refund within 7-10 days(by 28th) No reason why it was declined,( even tho I have confirmation email from ncl saying balance paid) or why I was not informed.Don,t have much faith the refund will be processed, guess have to try to have patience(not)

  5. Both my husband and I are Latitude Rewards members(Gold) Do we both receive the 10% discount on Shore Excursions? Or is it just myself, which is First Passanger?
  6. So frustrating, shouldn't have to call excursion desk, don't really trust they will solve things, don't like they have my credit card, charges on, charges off, complicated to keep track of.
  7. Having the same problem, received an email today, with excursions I booked, saying I owe , already paid.Online chat said IT is working on the problem, and I should receive corrected email confirmation in a few days.Hoping that is true .Frustrating.
  8. We booked Club Balcony suite, when checking dinning reservation times, (says too early to book,check back on Nov.3 (the 120 day option ) if i sign into account at 125 days, will it open that 125 day option?
  9. Is it your choice, covered garage parking, or surface parking? Advantage/disadvantage between the two?
  10. How far is the walk from Port Canaveral,Terminal 10 parking garage to NCL checkin terminal? Is it a difficult walk?Lots of signage?

  15. How easy is passenger / luggage drop off,pick up at NCL Escape terminal? Is there a specific spot to wait for ride once embarked? Thinking of the 2 of us to be dropped off, picked up by a friend.

  18. Used to be no fee for the continental menu,now a fee for that? not talking the hot items menu we used to get just coffee and pastries, if they,re gonna charge $4.95 for that alone, we'll get our own elsewhere (club balcony suite on Escape)
  19. Is the Continental breakfast room service still free? (where you out selection card outside evening prior)
  20. Are beach lounges included with that excursion? Return transportation to the ship?
  21. Are you able to order a cocktail to your table at any of Main Dinning rooms (Escape) ?
