  1. we had a suite. no butler. we had a regular stateroom attendant. maybe it depends on the type of suite. we had a grande suite
  2. my friends had something like this. because adding a companion to sail with them was so cheap, they booked two cabins. one for each of them and added a "friend" in their cabin. that friend never made it to sail. but they each had their DOU offer and they had two cabins. They used the 2nd cabin for showering and getting ready for dinner. otherwise it just sat empty.
  3. we were on the Paradise in May. We had beenn on it before. we had been offered an upgrade for a grande suite or a junior suite. we chose the grande suite. we were friends with someone in one of the junior suites and that area is stairs. it is not big enough to hang out. plus people use it to get to the putt putt and out. but beware of that junior suite. those balconeys are MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH smaller than a regular balconey. at least our friend's junior suite balcony was. the cabin was bigger than a normal cabin but it had a tiny balconey. nothing was ever packed. on the ship. never felt crowded
  4. agree with all the above. i was on her in may. you can go through the lounge. there is one bar just on the other side of the lounge. i believe it was only open from like 4pm on. but waiters came by often
  5. we were on in May and it was nice and quiet for us. some of the decor is outdated. especially the couches. and i miss not having any large clamshells in serenity or anywhere. my in laws went in june and their cruise was packed. anytime dining can take awhile but i know they didn't have a lot of staff when i dined.
  6. I can tell you we had a grand suite on the paradise in may of this year and we were only given water glasses. i just used those.
