I had this happen a couple of months ago. Contacted the help desk IT with CC, they suggested to do exactly what MeHearCruising said, clearing your cache and cookies from browser, logged back in and everything has worked fine since.

I too like the East West blend. I am almost certain when we last cruised 2 years ago it was priced at $17 a glass but we were not up charged. Will no for sure when we cruise again next week.
Last we sailed in Jan 2020, this red blend was $17/glass, I ordered a glass with dinner at Ocean Blue one night and was charged the $2 for one glass, after that the refills were complimentary. 🙂
Our waitress was one of the best we have ever had, she was so much fun, I tipped her well.

I agree NCL wine list leaves alot to be desired. Absolutely ridiculous the NCL branded wines are $17/gls. Their house wine should be within the $15 basic beverage package cost limit. I actually do like the North South or East West red blend. Not sure I am willing to pay the upcharge though. NCL needs to get this wine thing figured out! Cheers everyone. 🥂

Ok, a good many of us were not able to get that far with the Eurofins registration process. Apparently a glitch in Eurofins webportal system has happened. System reset maybe needs to be done. Thanks for sharing your email doc, at least we know what to look for and all when we can create an account.

Thanks to OP and all contributors. I didn’t have any issue with eurofins this morning but did have to re-verify my email and phone, which I wouldn’t have realized if not for this post. Good luck to everybody checking in! We’re almost there!
Did you have the phantom "access code"? If so, where/how did you find it? Thanks
-
It appears that many many of us now at the 21 days from sail date and finishing up our checkin process are having the exact same issues. A few others have already submitted a request for assistance with the IT folks at Eurofins. Waiting for answers.
-
I am having the same problems as others. Completed the checkin for both my husband & I, the checkin is showing 100%, all green check marks. All of that part looks good. It's the Eurofins part. I also got the system timed out issue when I clicked on the link during the checkin process the required "access code" that none of us have any idea where to find that. No "new user" field. NCL and Eruofins don't seem to know each other any more. Some of the rest of you have already submitted a request to IT at Eurofins so I won't repeat that process. Sit tight and wait for answers.

Good to know Canadian ports will be allowing cruise ships to dock in 2022. I am booked on the Jewel in July, Seward to Vancouver trip and had not booked air travel yet for this cruise. Wanted to make sure the Canada disembark was a go. So at least for now that's what we know. Thanks!

Following. I have thought about possibly spending Christmas on a crusie ship. The higher than normal cost and families with all the kiddos (and we love kids, however) have also, so far, kept me from doing that.
-
Following. Sailing this trip 12/12.

I got luggage tags in the mail yesterday for our Dec 12 crusie, Bliss, MR trip. We are still a few points away from Platinum, will achieve that status on this next cruise. Yay! So, it appears as though, currently, NCL is sending these nice tags to everyone. Hoping this continues.

thanks so much….. the proctored one is the one I was asking about….
That's the one I was referencing in my prior post. Enjoy your cruises!

Also interested in the same info as Cinebrat. We sail on Bliss, same cruise intinerary 12/12.
-
It's my understanding NCL will accept the Abbott BinaxNOW Covid-19 proctored home test. I too, hope so as that is what my husband & I will need to use for the recommended test at least 96 hours prior to sail date. We sail on the Bliss 12/12. I have seen others post here that they have used this for that reason and NCL accepts that.

We did this same cruise on the Pearl back in March 2017. Great cruise! And the Pearl is one of our favorites. On our trip they only docked in Colon on the out of the Canal to wait for passengers that disembarked in Gatun Lake and went on excursions. We chose to stay on the ship, really enjoyed the narrative from the historian that came on board at the entrance to the Canal, and the sights, the history, super relaxed day with fewer people on board. We heard many pros and cons from others that had gotten off the ship to do excursions. Probably can't go wrong either way. Enjoy!
We are actually doing another Panama Canal, full transit this time in Feb aboard the Bliss. Super excited about it!

Glad you received your information. 40 days out and still no flight info yet! Chatted a rep yesterday and they said there was nothing confirmed yet. I did notice today they changed the general routing to port.
Hopefully you will get something soon.

I am going to hope that my at home proctored Abbott tests will be reliable, as I do not have the option to go to a clinic or a CVS or a Walgreens, or a hospital, or a pharmacy to get a PCR test done prior to travel for my Dec 12 cruise. We are more than willing to drop a few $$ to get tested, do the right thing, whatever that is, to keep us and others safe and healthy.
Stay positive, happy, healthy and to all those cruising soon..... have more fun than you can stand. 🙂

Thanks. In my case PCR tests were available in my area, but I have no idea what constitutes "readily available." I'll bet five bucks that NCL doesn't define "readily" anywhere in the fine print (which I'm really not going to pursue). I got the antigen because it assured me of getting the quickest results. In the event of a positive, I needed to cancel hotel (48 hours prior to checkin) and cancel airline.
They sort of contradict themselves when they go on to state:
"Norwegian Cruise Line will assist with expenses related to any mandatory quarantine that are not covered by their travel insurance only if the guest provides proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test taken within 96-hours of their travel date. " IOW, they'll help me if I can provide proof of a negative antigen test (they don't say that in addition I have to prove that a PCR test was not "readily" available.) Covid was never fun and it still isn't.
Certainly a lot of gray area in the small print. And IF it would be necessary to provide proof that a PCR test is not "readily" available, what EXACTLY would that proof be? Living in the state of Idaho and flying from Boise, I could probably obtain said proof, however, that would not only be a huge pain in my a**, but theirs as well. Can't imagine they would take that path.

Where did you read the bolded part? I could have gotten an PCR test but opted for the antigen since I was guaranteed to have my results back very quickly. I didn't want to wait a day for the PCR results.
It is part of the NCL Refund and Cancellation Policy for Covid-19. I received an email on Oct 25th with a PDF attachment that outlines all the Travel Requirements Important Information. It is under the bold heading "Denial of Embarkation or Reboarding; Quarantine and/or Disembarkation**. It starts out with **We strongly encourage all guests to take a Covid-19 PCR test within 96 hours prior to their travel date as an added precaution. If a PCR test is not readily available, then we encourage guests to at a minimum take an Covid-19 antigen test, prior to travel."
You can go to the NCL website and find this policy document as well.

Following..... Have 3 weeks before I am at the 21 days prior thing. So, just in case.
-
NCL recommends a PCR test, but states a proctored antigen test is acceptable if getting a PCR test is not available for you to receive. Hoping that remains in place, where I live, currently, they will not allow you to get a Covid test of any kind for purposes of travel. So I ordered the Abbott BinaxNOW home test kits that are proctored via Navica. Several CC folks that have cruised with NCL since restart have posted info about using these kits prior to travel for their cruise. So that's what I am going with.
-
Maybe an NCL website glitch.? We are on the Bliss 12/12 Mexican Riviera cruise, just before you, and there are numerous NCL shore excursions listed for Cabo port of call to choose from. Certainly wouldn't think they are all sold out for your dates. Hope not. Should be a great trip, enjoy! 🙂
-
Sounds like nothing has changed other than the test prior to travel timing went from 72 hours to 96 hours. Thanks for sharing your info.
-
We got our flight info this morning. Yay! Seems 45 days is the magic number. Received an email from NCL with all the details, confirmation number, all flight info. Was able to go to the airline website, enter our confirmation # and upgrade our seats. Enter our known traveler numbers so we can access the TSA Precheck area at the airports, personal contact info, etc.
jstraw89, check your email. MyNcl account shows only the departing flight info, just like yours. The email attachment has everything you need. Hope you recieved that.
