Good burger. Kids went to swirls to find ice cream, and I ran to guest services to add the gift card to the account because they couldn’t do it while boarding. Found the towel animal guy. Hadn’t seen him in awhile. And the ever illusive paper fun times.

Lightly sprinkling. But the Guy’s Burgers are ready.

Between the parking garage, check in, 3 kids… that was a mess. Very crowded, running behind, hot mess. We were in A02 so we walked directly on. Went straight to A mustard located in the Blue Sapphire theater. Got the kids bracelets and we are headed to Lido.

So close yet so far. They started letting cars in the garage, only for a train to stop everything.

Came back to the parking garage and were told customs took longer than normal. The 9:40 parking has been pushed to 10:15 parking. Back under the bridge. I feel like a troll.

Definitely a break in with the traverse. Windows busted out. we decided to head to CVS to get our sodas.

Another officer just showed up. The wife is on the phone. More dusting for prints on the far side.

Everyone else is sleeping and I’m watching a LIVE episode of CSI: Mobile

Something is going on and I can’t figure out what. This couple has the front 2 doors all the way open and the rear hatch of their Traverse. The police are here, and a report is being filed. I’m guessing their car was broken into while they were on the cruise🤷🏼‍♀️ The husband keeps looking around the car and in the area. Looking for missing items? Clues to whom committed the crime?

Parking at the cruise terminal in Mobile is different than anywhere we’ve cruises from. There’s one garage with overflow parking under the bridge. Galveston, New Orleans, etc. have different lots to choose from. Currently, we are sitting under the bridge in overflow waiting for the garage to empty out. I was going to pre-purchase the parking, but the website started having issues 2 weeks ago. Everything said there shouldn’t be an issue paying once we got here. We are all resting and awaiting to move in the garage.

It’s 2:30am and we are in Vicksburg, MS.

Kids are asleep… I’m gonna take a 2 hour rest and switch to driving. Good night from east Texas. Tomorrow… cruising. 🎊👏🏻

Got locked out of CC for a bit. Sorry left the reception. Slept 35 minutes. Woke up and we were at Whataburger south of Dallas. All the chicken. Then Loves for a potty break (shhh). 518 miles to go.

Whole recession… and at 6:13pn central time , we are on the road. Mobile in 11 and 1/5 hours or bust.
