  1. Here’s a picture. You take the road that winds around from Senor Frogs, walk in front of the BCH, past Margaritaville and it’s on the right.
  2. Then it was time to get back on the ship. And I just finished this grilled ham and cheese.
  3. A little bit of shopping. I wanted a dress from the store right by the Straw Market last Nassau trip, but the lady wanted $75 for it and I wasn’t paying that. Today, 4 months later… she took $40 for it. I knew she’d give in eventually. 😆 Also, I love the pirates at Sharkees.
  4. Packed up about 2:45. It was really hot. 4 good beach hours. We wanted to look around at some shops. Grabbed another 3 Sands at the Junkanoo tourist shop right across from the International building.
  5. It’s still there. It’s between Senor Frogs and Margaritaville. I think it’s just not open.
  6. Had another beer and people watched. I see a little boy carrying his little sister up out of the water and the mom yelling to stay on the beach. The mom is headed out into the water. I’m trying to figure out what is going on. The kids had let their inflatables go and they were drifting. The mom saved the alligator but the dolphin was a goner. Once the dolphin made the turn past the ocean inflatable, it wasn’t coming back. Poor girl screamed and howled. She was so upset. It was heart breaking. “My dolphin”. Just like letting a balloon go.
  7. It’s about a 10 minute walk. You pass the straw market and Senor Frog’s and Margaritaville and you are there.
  8. After a few hours of swimming and snorkeling, I was hungry. Salty crab has a pretty extensive menu. I was surprised. I went with seafood fritters. They were good. Lots of shrimp, crab and conch.
  9. Grabbed a Sand’s, they are 3 for $10 and heard a bunch of applause. A guy proposed on the pier near Margaritaville. He had a photographer out there and they took pictures. Pretty cool to see and congrats to them.
  10. Got our $10 chairs and $20 umbrella in front of the Salty Crab. I made a friend and went in to swim. It was a very laid back day.
  11. Here’s what we did today. We left the ship… and saw new signage… I guess after Bimini, they need people to pay closer attention. We walked past the construction and out of the port fence and headed to Junkanoo. It’s very easy to get to and a nice walk.
  12. Fantastic day in Nassau! Currently in line at the deli, for a snack.
  13. After further discussion, after being here 4 times this year… we are gonna head back to Junkanoo today. Maybe go back to John Watling’s.
  14. Cabin thoughts… I love the location, Lido balcony cabin, but it’s the warmest cabin we’ve ever had. It doesn’t cool off.
