You can just take a taxi or uber/lyft.

I don't recommend the GalleryOne doubletree. The price is way too high for what you get and the rooms and service are very inconsistent. Our last stay was pretty bad. The room and furniture was old and not well maintained, it was not very clean. The final straw, heading into the bedroom late at night ready to sleep, turn on the light and see a roach scurry across the wall behind the bed. Yuck. Too many better options available.

I have stayed at both and both are fine, neither are fabulous. Location is a wash as they are basically right next to each other and equal walking distance to the restaurants & shops. Embassy Suites has better breakfast selections. The bar & breakfast area at the Hyatt place is very small and crowded.

We usually stay at the Hampton Inn Brickell and it is very nice. We have reservations at the Homewood suites end of this month to give it a try since it is brand new.

We have three people and usually stay in the Miami-Brickell area. Go Airport Shuttle has been very reliable with a private car costing $92.

Thank you for another great review! I was definitely happy to see your review of Breezes. Like you we have seen and done Nassau many times and we recently went to the British Colonial Hilton (the day joy his were there) and the Melia over spring break. We are heading back to Nassau on the Sensation at the end of the month and trying to decide between Breezes and RIU.

We have stayed in the Hampton Inn Brickell many times and always been happy. There is also a new Homewood Suites Brickell that we will be trying out in September

I have not had a chance to use it yet but Broward county taxis use the ZabCab app (like uber for taxis) and you can choose to call a regular or large taxi to your location

The brand is Repel the type is Lemon Eucalyptus which is one of the CDC recommended ingredients to prevent mosquito bites and Zika transmission.

We use deet free repel lemon eucalyptus. It works extremely well.

Hi, I was wondering if anybody has experience using either ZabCab or ITaxi/E-Hail in Miami to hail taxis from your phone. I'm also wondering where these cabs pick up at MIA if they have to go through the taxi stand or what.

I know Miami has uber and lyft, I am not interested in using those services.

Does anyone know if you can pick up a car at port canaveral and drop back to Orlando airport. If so what company is best.

We just did this today through National with no issues.

Just off spirit and did easy walk off about 8 am. The car rental shuttle was there waiting with seats for us. Quick ride over to the rental location and in the car by 8:30. This was with National. Enterprise and Alamo share the same shuttles/location with National.

MCO is also a very slow airport. Airline check in and security can take forever especially Saturday midday.

Yes the location will be Cape Canaveral. We are on the Spirit now and booked a car rental from MCO to the port and will have one back from the port to MCO. We booked with National. Very easy, car rental is very close to the pier and they use different shuttles for different ships to manage the traffic.

Changes happen on all the lines some we like, some we don't. We are on NCL Spirit right now and likely will not book another NCL cruise anytime soon. Out most recent cruises have shown us that the current product just doesn't appeal to our family anymore and there are other cruise lines are available that we prefer.

Norwegian transfers from Orlando international Airport to Port Canaveral are available for $35/person. Be aware when booking transfers with Norwegian they follow a similar cancellation schedule as the cruise itself and penalties begin kicking in at 55 days out from sailing. The chart of cancellation fees can be found on the bottom of your cruise invoice.

The stamps might be nice souvenirs, but a "full passport book" is a pain - do you really want to go through the hassle/cost of having send it in (to make it valid for real travel) for extra pages just because you filled it with questionable souvenirs?

Actually the US will no longer add pages to a passport. If you run out of pages you have to purchase a new passport altogether.
