    Should I contact someone?  Should I have confirmed on the ship?


    DH and I have different last names, and sometimes he's first on the booking and sometimes I am.  Could that be why?

     

    Will it matter down the road?  I have no idea.

    We had to email in after the cruise to get ours added on both occasions we did go green

    Have you tried looking in the app to see if it gives you a price. I had your issue in that it wasnt showing me upgrade online but could see from the app it was 6.96 which is why I cancelled and rebooked

  4. I'm surprised that this tactic celebrity have engaged in on the UK site hasn't been classed as illegal. I'm sure we have a law over here that states you cannot advertise something as being a "sale price" unless the item has been advertised at the pre sale price for a certain amount of time and I'm pretty certain the pre sale $149 price was never advertised at all!!

    How did you book the flights with celebrity without knowing the flight details? When we wanted to add flights to our booking we were able to see the available flights and choose which one we wanted to use? Have you just asked celebrity to sort flights rather than choosing the one you wanted and then asking them to book those?

  6. On our cruise last year we had anytime dining but had reserved tables for each night prior to sailing...not sure if it was on Eclipse or millenium but there was only 1 queue at the mdr . We ended up joining the queue and just waiting till we got to the front to tell them we had a reservation. ...but that might be because we're British and that's how we roll 😎 I'm sure some people would just walk to the front.

    For our upcoming cruise, after booking a standard Veranda cabin, we decided to pay a few thousand extra and 'upgrade' to one of those large 'Family Ocean View with Balcony' cabins (apparently there are four per ship). 

     

    After doing that we noticed that the Xpress Passes on our app and our luggage tags say 'Suite Class' on them. We didn't think that our new room is classed as a suite. Does anyone know if we do in fact have suite benefits / has this happened to anyone else? Would be fabulous if so!

    same thing happened to us on board eclipse - our cards said suite class even though we were in a FV - didnt entitle us to anything when onboard - although i did flash it at the boarding gate when they were saying suite class could board and he looked and told me to go ahead 🙂

    The  basic Internet included for us last week was fine for browsing.. checking emails...WhatsApp messaging. Couldn't send or receive WhatsApp photos...or Snapchat photos to/from my girls...but was able to send and receive photos by facebook messenger and i-message. I certainly wouldnt bother paying for faster internet personally.
