If you cancel how fast is the OBC back in your account so that you can use it for the rebooking?

I canceled a dinner reservation for a future cruise using on board credit.  It was canceled but money was not refunded.  Who do I contact?  Looked on Celebrity website and can't figure it out...can anyone help?

    Thanks

Log off and log in again, check your order history

  4. First time in my life that Celebrity will refund tax and port fee money. Several times in my reservations the taxes and port fees are higher than the current price. We have even skipped a port several times and they have not refunded us a penny

    Dear Guest,

The Bahamian government has implemented a change to their departure tax amounts for all cruise guests visiting the Bahamas on or after January 1, 2024. As a result, we will be updating your reservation with the new amount.

Your adjusted taxes and fees will reflect on your booking before your final payment due date. Bookings are being updated in phases, based on the sailing date. Your original and new tax amounts are displayed below for your convenience. There is nothing for you to do, we just wanted to keep you informed!

We realize this is an unexpected charge and apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to welcoming you onboard.

    Sincerely,
    Celebrity Cruises

Amsterdam terminal was a little different than most.    If you had your luggage per-tagged you just dropped it on a moving conveyor belt without any human interaction.     If you didn't have tags there was a line with about 100 waiting to get tags.     We initially didn't have our but  I found a copy shop in Amsterdam and printed them.

Jim do you know if Rotterdam terminal also has the conveyor belt?

Thanks for all the inputs and information. Just booked Silhouette. Better kid club, better balcony, less expensive for the ship but might be more expensive to fly to Amsterdam, and might need to splurge on the specialty restaurant since the MDR is not as good as on Apex.

Flying from DFW  to LHR is more expensive than to AMS, also you need a transfer to Southampton
