  1. Having spent time in the upside down (quarantine), regular passengers have no idea what goes on logistically dealing with covid. A lot of passengers getting moved, rooms getting deep cleaned, so much room service, so much guest relations, etc. Add to that crew getting sick and having to be out of service. There's a whole side of things going on you hopefully will never see.
  2. Please speak with your daughter's MD about whether a land based vacation may be more suitable for a newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic. Medical care onboard is being stretched very thin by Covid.
  3. That's definitely possible. I was just passing by, there were adults but they may have been family groups with little ones.
  4. No, I always do the eMed test. I just saw the testing area as I was passing through the terminal.
  5. This isn't much help but I can tell you it's on the right hand side after security and there was essentially no line when I recently passed through around that same time.
  6. There's not a doubt in my mind they don't really want you reporting for testing.
  7. Do airlines no longer ask if you have tested positive/have symptoms in the last X number of days? I'm assuming that's a problem for people coming off ships where they have tested positive onboard. Perhaps it's not asked anymore??
  8. What is the length of quarantine required now? What if you need to fly home? Is it hotel near the port and then a new commercial flight once you are cleared?
