  1. Well I am a newbie to Celebrity having sailed one time on the Constellation but after that trip in 2013 we fell in love with X and my next two cruises are on the Equinox and Millenium. We sailed on the Allure of the Seas right before our Connie cruise and I was worried because the Allure was big, new, beautiful and had incredible entertainment, but Celebrity won us over because their food, entertainment and crew was so much better. Then next we sailed on the Sapphire Princess and we were so disappointed with everything about that ship that it will take the perfect itinerary and price to get us back. We also sailed with Oceania and while the service and food were outstanding, it's hard to find an itinerary at the right time for us. But I think that cruise lines are subjective, you have to find the one that fits you.

  2. We just booked an Alaska cruise on the Millenium. It will be our 3rd Celebrity cruise, with our 2nd coming up in May on the Equinox. Our 1st was on the Constellation in 2013 and we fell in love with Celebrity, that ship and her crew. All the reviews on the Equinox are great, but some of the ones on the Millenium are pretty bad. Now I'm thinking we should have chosen a newer ship. Can someone reassure me it will still be good?

  3. We are booked on the Equinox for May 21, 2015 departing Rome and ending in Barcelona. I looked for a cruise that had an overnight stay in Istanbul, with stops in Santorini, Athens, and Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. This cruise also has some other stops in Greece and is 12 days. We are excited because when we booked we got a free classic beverage package which includes some alcohol and prepaid gratuities. Our TA threw in some OBC to sweeten the deal. Good luck with your cruise.

  4. I just booked a cruise on the Equinox for next May and have spent the past week trying to find my reservation on the website. I keep getting that same error message. Asked my TA about it and he said he's never seen that before. Glad someone else is having the same problem. The best part is Celebrity sent me an email congratulating me on my booking but when I log in I can't find it. Go figure! Thought I was crazy!!

  5. We have a similar problem. We are booked using Oceania air on United from Houston to LAX with 4 hour layover before boarding Air Tahiti charter to Papeete. Oceania says I can probably tag luggage in Houston through to Papeete but I'm leery of doing that for fear my luggage will get lost. Should I claim it in LA and recheck at Air Tahiti?

  6. We booked our upcoming April cruise last November and requested a B4 cabin. We were assigned a Gty cabin which is a first for us. My cruise is still six weeks out and I don't have a cabin assignment either. I hope you get upgraded to your friends category or that will suck. At this point I would just like to know where my cabin is located. Good Luck.

  7. Thanks everyone. Since we are on a charter, I would guess the whole plane will be heading to the ship so it would be nice to be able to grab a snack. Yes,we will get something to eat on the plane, but you know what that's like. We do not have O's transfers.

  8. We are sailing for the first time on Marina to FP in April and on a charter flight that arrives close to 9pm. By the time we get through customs and catch a taxi to the pier it will be quite late. Will there be any place open for a quick bite or is room service our only option?
