  1. Right now I have my cruise and excursions 100% paid. We have $250 of on board credit also and I was able to snag up a $500 gift card for $450. I think the OBC is probably not refundable. Should I not enter my gift card until I know I need it in case I only spend no more than $250 on board? Would I get back a refund on the difference of the gift card not used? I don't want to run into a issue where my gift card would be charged before the OBC was used if I went ahead and entered it.

Don't get me started on that. 😞 We've been trying to catch one more FTTF for our March cruise. I managed to catch one several months ago around 5:30 in the morning, but this last one is playing hard to get.

I'd also like to say I wasn't aiming my last comment directly at you. Just speaking in general. I hope you're not offended. This really is a pretty calm thread.

Not offended at all. I am not my cell phone and the app isn't the best to try and navigate and read.

There's no way to know when they'll restock. The other day they were gone, then back in a couple hours, then gone again that night. Now they've been sold out for 2-3 days. In years past, there were often times when we had to wait a week or two every time. Our only option is to keep checking.

Awesome its like stalking the elusive FTTF !

Do you have the email? They may explain why you only got a partial credit. They did that to me once.

I did get a email back today from me asking for clarification. Carnival is correct on this. When I booked my excursion this one was $99.99 per person and not the current price of $104.99.  So my 110% is actually $4.39 which I am grateful for. I mean they could have said no and I prefer to book with Carnival for the security of it something happens with transpiration or anything they wont leave us behind. So I received $4.39 for all 4 of us in my cabin and my family members also submitted for it so we should get 11 more people with credits for this.

  5. I had success for Cozumel excursion Amazing Secret River. $104.99.pp and found it for $95.00pp. Received a $4.39pp OBC.

Not sure though why it was only $4.39. 110% of the price difference should be $10.99

    The requirements stated :

If your claim meets these requirements, Carnival Cruise Line will issue a non-refundable onboard credit worth 110% of the price difference. An email confirming the outcome of the request will be sent to you. If you cancel your excursion, your onboard credit will also be cancelled. The onboard credit is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and has no cash value. The onboard credit must be used during the applicable cruise. Any unused portion of the onboard credit will be forfeited

Thanks for the replies.  I guess I will be phoning Carnival and very sweetly asking for the switch!  *fingers crossed*  I'll let you know if it happens!  🙂

Not sure if the OP has found it or not but you can cancel from the website. Its under you payment details at the bottom.

Interested to know if @zorky12 got a response yet as well.

    I submitted 1 form on 12/30 and got a response on 12/31

Then I submitted another on 12/31 and no response yet.

I know there was a holiday in between so maybe they are backed up or short staffed.

I have not heard anything back yet maybe I should submit it again
