  1. Sorry if this has been covered. Been on one cruise and my daughter will be going on the next one and she is highly allergic to tree nuts. Not peanuts. Is there someone we talk to once on board? I would just like to know if any of the buffet foods could be cross contaminated. I did select she has allergies when adding her name

You need 1,500 points on a 7 day cruise

1,000  points on 5 or less day cruise.

You get 1  point for every $2.50 put in the machine.

Table game is anybody's guess but the points don't combine witch don't combine.

I dont think this is correct. I have been on one cruise. Vista in 2018. I spent maybe $200 in the casino. Won maybe $60 but gave it all back. Spent less than 2hrs total in there. I received DOU promo recently.

  3. Daughters will be 20 and 15 for our cruise. They like all kinds of crazy coffees. I did a search and found some prices from 2016. Are these pretty accurate still? I will need to set a limit at least for my younger one because she will get probably 10 a day if she was allowed . Just seeing how much I should budget for. I will probable load some cruise cash and tell them when its gone your done. I thinking a choice of 2 coffee/smoothie/milk shake a day each is reasonable. Will I be able to see who buys what on my account as well?

We sail Panorama in 3 weeks. Reservations at it's specialty restaurants became avail about 90-120 days out. What part of Ohio, Dover area here?

Ok thank you we are just south of the Mansfield area.

According to CCL,  there is a "glitch" in the system with respect to being able to make online reservations for any of the specialty restaurants on board the Panorama.  The only exception being the new Carnival Kitchen venues, these are all currently available for online reservations.  We are sailing on the Panorama on 14 November 2020 and were able to make all of our Carnival Kitchen reservations.  The CCL folks we talked to indicated it may take several weeks to address/fix the online reservation issue for the traditional Specialty Restaurants (JiJI's. Teppanyaki, Chef's Table, Steakhouse and the Italian restaurant.)  They advised to keep checking the website periodically.  Hope this helps.

    Thank you that makes sense

  5. On my only cruise on Vista 2018 in January. Older shy guy probably in his 70's. Clean shaven face. Took off his shirt and he looked like a bear neck to shorts front and back lol. What won it for him was when the crowd helps them get dressed up and a younger female group of girls got him in a skirt with a bikini top and lip stick. Was probably the funniest thing I saw on the cruise.

I had the social plan on the Dream a week ago and could voice call over Messenger but the wifi calling did not work for me on WhatsApp for some reason.

She did not use any app to call from. She used her phone which was a iphone 7. In order to use Wi-FI calling you must set up your iphone to be able to do so. Basically you have to agree that if you call 911 while on Wi-Fi calling they wont be able to see where you are. Not sure android based phones because I have never had one.

  7. depends on what ship you are sailing on. The newer ships like vista, horizon, panorama they have very good wifi. I was on vista last year and we had the middle package. My wife made 30+ calls home to our girls on wi-fi calling in the middle of the Caribbean and it worked perfectly. Also was able to facetime, imessage ect ect with no issue.

  8. Dec 12 2020 our family has 9 balcony cabins booked on deck 14. One my family members wants to add a niece (she is 19) that wasn’t going to be able to go originally. Closest thread I found was from 2011 when searching so I am hoping someone recently may know. Are all balcony cabins able to have 3 people? Was concerned they may have to change rooms. Can someone be added pretty easily?

  9. I would guess you would go to the Priority/FTTF entrance. When we sailed on Vista out of Miami last year there was a group forming inside the building at the entrance that I am pretty sure was a wedding party. The person that checked my itinerary there at the door was talking to them and he was checking names off the on his clipboard. They did not follow us to the FTTF waiting area so I am not sure where they went. This was about 10:30am.

  10. I am hoping they release it prior to Feb 1 2020 because that will give me hope on my Mardi Gras sailing :) Not holding my breathe though. Did they really release it for the 1/18 Panorama sailing?

Faster to the Fun is not offered on Carnival Journeys departures, cruises in Europe, nor on cruises from the following home ports: Honolulu, Norfolk, Vancouver, San Diego and San Francisco. It will be offered on the Carnival Panorama, starting with departures in February 2020, Carnival Radiance, starting with departures in January 2021 and Mardi Gras, starting in 2021 (date to be determined).

  11. From what I have read in the past is that FTTF is not offered right way when a new ship launches. Once it is offered the amount of FTTF is affected by how many existing priority boarding passengers are already booked or even held. My first and only cruise on Vista in 2018 I looked 5-6 times a day hoping one would pop up. Once final payment day arrived I saw one on there and snatched it. It wasn't available 5 minutes and it was gone again. I think I just got lucky. Good luck !
