He has never celebrated his bday like she has multiple times on cruises. I doubt he will actually care once he gets there though. Thinking of just putting a magnet up of one of his favorite sports teams though lol

Fatigue could also be a symptom of the vaccine as that was the only symptom I got when I had it. There are so many different reasons for things and we need to study this more, while getting back to normal life.

I know some too who have that and it is not good. Mainly people who had covid in the beginning.

Possibly because many of these people have not been around others as much at home also. Their immune system is lower because of that and that they are in a different routine and have gotten themselves sick.

Yes the other variants had these symptoms but they are saying these new ones do not. Many other illnesses do the same and as you get older, it does take longer to get rid of a bug it seems.

Anyone who has moved on and live as normal as they possibly can. Not avoiding any places or situations and not masking at all.

That will never happen, just like it will never happen on land. It is a virus and should be treated like every other virus. I was unvaccinated until a month ago and never (as far as I know and was tested for work for months) got covid. I went back to almost normal life last year too. If you are worried about getting any type of virus, I would say don't go to public places where there are a lot of people. Otherwise, the rest of us are not worried and want to start getting back to almost 100% normality. Cruises are the only place that most of us need to test and vaccine.

The youngest really hasn't had anything big like that and while he seems to be ok with it, I get it.

Do you have underlying conditions that might have made it worse? So many have just gotten nothing and then there are others that just linger. I wonder if normal viruses and illnesses do that also to those same people.

It's actually more money to go private.

I actually don't want to do that since it is farther from the port (swimming with the pigs) and wanted to make sure I am with RCCL to do it. It is actually more expensive to do with other places too.

Actually my kids pay for a lot of their own things, they also pay for their college. My mother was silent generation and can only spoil her kids and grandkids now as things were tight growing up in the 70's and 80's. Yeah they don't get along so I guess it was coming from a, why does she only get the door thing lololol. He was actually ok with me buying decorations the other day but I still wanted to include him. I know I am more interested in this then they are but aren't most moms? 🙂

Actually both kids have to pay for any extra's they want. Drink packages, excursions, casino, etc. We just paid for the fare which we did years ago since we had 2 cruises cancelled and one wasn't even working back then lol. That is why we only had 2 kids as we could never afford to do anything over necessity things if we had 7 lol.

Mom the same with other things. If one kid got something, the other did too. Birthdays of course were different but even now to this day, if she buys something for one, she does the same for the other and we are in our 40's and 50's lol.

Depends on where you go. You can sit on top of others in many places for hours on end.
