I bought a Tanzanite and Diamond ring 10 yrs. ago from the Ship's Jewelry store for $700. I had it appraised when I got home and it was valued at $1400. Pretty good deal!

Well, we changed our flight to 4:30. At least we won't have to rush right off the ship. I wonder how many more changes Delta will thro at us?🤔

It's a Saturday. The Cruise arrive time is 9 am.

Well, another change. This is so infuriating! New LAX flight departure time is 11:53 am. What are your thoughts? is this doable if we self debark?

I still have 5 months to go. Who knows how many more schedule changes will happen. I check my flight info daily as Delta sometimes "forgets" to notify me.😕

It doesn't seem to matter what time I pick for my post-cruise flight. Delta has change it 5 or 6 times already. My cruise is in Jan. 2023. So, currently, my flight after the cruise, out of LAX is scheduled to leave at 1:46 pm. on a Saturday. Can someone tell me if I will have enough time to debark in Long Beach and still get the LAX 2 hours prior to my flight time? I'm not familiar with LAX. Thanks for any info! Teri

Here's what I know; on 12/16/2019, DH and I booked a 7 day cruise out of SJPR leaving 1/24/2021 on Carnival Fascination. Ports of call were St. Thomas, Tortola, Antigua, Dominica, Barbados. I received notice of cancellation on 7/23/2020. We were offered 100% future cruise credit plus $600 OBC, which we took. I was really disappointed but not surprised because of the covid situation going on. I was really hoping we would be able to book a Southern Caribbean again. However, DH got an offer from Carnival in Dec. 2020 that gave us an additional $500 OBC if we book a cruise by January. So, we did and are now cruising out of Long Beach Jan. 2023. This is a new departure port us. I haven't been on a ship since October 2019 and I'm so excited. But, I'll keep watching for the Southern Caribbean itinerary!

Is it difficult to get a cab or Uber to the port? We'll be staying at The Inn at 50 Long beach.

Did an 11 day cruises on RCCL in 2014. Flew from Minneapolis to LA, had a 3 hr. layover than on to Sydney. We left LA around 9:30 pm. and arrived in Sydney about 7:30 am. DH and I stayed awake in flight as long as possible and slept until just before we landed. It was great cuz we basically stayed in our regular sleep cycle. We were refreshed when we got off the plane. But the return trip was not that easy. We experienced jet lag for almost a week after we go home. But it was totally worth it!

DH and I decided to change our flight to the 2:45 pm departure, no change fee. I hope there aren't to many more changes for this trip!

I sail on Panorama January 2023. I originally book my flight back home with a 1 p.m. departure time. However, Delta has already had a schedule change and now the departure time is 11:50 am. Am I going to have enough time to debark in Long Beach and catch my flight? I'm not very familiar with LAX. I can still change my flight to 2:45 but that is seems really late. Thanks for any input in advance!
