Has anyone used or heard about using Cruise Driven or Cruzin Transportation for a transfer from IAH to the port and back? Or is there a company you’d recommend? Private transfer for 2 adults and 2 kids (need car seats). thanks!

Are there any hotels in La Marque that offer a shuttle or transfer (for a fee of course) from the hotel to the port? Otherwise how could I get to the port from that area hotel? Or Texas City hotel? We’ll have a 1 and a 3 year old so an Uber isn’t so easy since we’re not bringing car seats. (Are these decent areas to stay one night in?)

We’re getting off the carnival breeze on Monday May 6th. Looking to catch an 11:55am flight out of IAH. We get to port at 8am. We’d walk off right away with our own luggage and have TSA precheck. Is there heavy traffic port to IAH on Monday mornings after 8am? Thoughts on making this flight? We’re experienced cruisers and have often gotten off the ship prior to the stated arrival time, first time going out of Galveston though.

Cruising on the journeys cruise in a week and looking to book excursions… did the ship change time to match local island time on the cruise? Or were you on ship time the entire cruise? Thanks!!

February 10th is the date. Would like to stay at $300 or lower. We don’t need anything fancy, we’ll be there less than 24 hrs. Yes, we will need a crib! I also do a lot with credit card points and hotel points which the price with points is often lower so the price isn’t really a main focus. More so the area where there are things for us to walk to and do for that day we arrive. thanks!

Hello! My husband and I and our two sons (1yr and 3yr) are going out of the Manhattan cruise port mid-February. We’re flying into LGA. What hotels do you recommend? What can we do with the kids? We land at 10am so we’ll have a decent amount of the day to explore. Neither of us are too familiar with the area and what we can do with the young kids and who knows what the weather will be. Any recommendations for a one night stay at hotel and things to do (walking distance from hotel) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We are scheduled to disembark the ship at 6am out of Panama City Fuerte Amador (are there the night before as well). How early of a flight can I book out or PTY? There’s not many options.. I know it’s an estimated 45 min drive to the airport. Thanks!

Thanks for the info! I tried to PM you but it is telling me that feature is disabled. I looked at your profile and it looks like we’re talking about the same sailing - NCL Joy out of Miami on Nov 25! Id like to know more info on what your plan is.. I previously called about a different cruise a few years ago asking if we could get off early and I got mixed answered based on whoever I talked to. Some said yes, some said no. I know when we went to Tahiti and docked overnight we were able to get off that night if we wanted to as some people did, but that wasn’t posted like this as two different days/ports, it just stated overnight.
