If PTZ contacted CC about copyright or if CC doesn't want to possibly/probably break copyright regulations, I'm not surprised that the screenshots were removed.

Mary could look at her Itinerary (online or in Navigator) and see if the excursion was still listed.

I know Roy always said to be sure an include the PTZ copyright with year and URL that's in the lower right corner. But it sometimes disappears for a few seconds on my screen.

Not sure you can specify steamed broccoli/carrots be delivered every evening. However, it wouldn't hurt to ask if you have fixed dining. If you have anytime dining, you won't have the same waiter/table every meal.

I do know you can ask for, and be given, any vegetable that is on the menu that evening to be added/substituted. Or you can ask for a double portion.

Cruised Sapphire from Whittier to Vancouver in 2008 - couldn't talk DH into cruising again until Feb 2019 on Koningsdam. Been on HAL ever since

Usually, OBC from HAL, stockholders benefit, AARP, educators, etc is non-refundable. If it comes from your TA it could be either refundable or non-refundable. If you purchase OBC yourself, it is refundable.

Once onboard, you can see what portion is non-refundable vs. refundable.

The non-refundable OBC will be used first.
