  1. If you pay for the expedite and don't get your passports in time, there is a way to go to a passport center and have the book printed there. You must be traveling within 20 days. You should be able to look up where the closest facility is to where you live online. You may also have a local service that guarantees a passport within 2 weeks, but it usually is alot more $$. We did get passports and have never needed them for an emergency situation, however it did make meeting the Real ID requirements to renew my driver's license much easier (didn't have to get a certified copy of my marriage license).
  2. It looks like all the Reserve buttons have been disabled. If you selected the add sale to your calendar yesterday it had an 11:00 EST time, so I wonder if it wasn’t supposed to go live so soon? It let me cancel, but I can’t rebook the lower prices. What a mess!
  3. Mine took almost a week and the details went to my TA. She reached out to me because she couldn’t figure out what changed on my statement. That evening, I could see the credit online.
  4. I booked June 2024 - 1 inside and 1 ocean view for 2 adults and 2 kids (count as adults because over 12). I am buying private cancel for any reason insurance over the refundable deposit because that was much cheaper than $290 extra per room and the travel insurance is also much cheaper/better.
  5. On the Harmony, you can have breakfast for free at Johnny Rockets too. We like the egg scramblers here and everything is made to order. We also like the Solarium Bistro for a more laid back buffet than WJ. The Park Cafe is another great choice for bagels, breakfast sandwiches/burritos, cereal, fruit at breakfast and lots of sandwiches, soup and salads they make for you at lunch. I get overwhelmed in WJ, so I always look for alternatives. If you are looking for something after dinner, then the choices get a lot harder. You have promenade cafe for sandwiches/cookies/desserts or pizza.
  6. They also have kids dessert options: brownie, apple pie, chocolate chip cookies, and banana split (or just ice cream with strawberry or chocolate sauce). I promise your servers will try to make them happy and they convinced my picky eater to try some regular menu items too!
  7. Yes, he will get a wristband to use the gym too. We filled out the waiver on first day and they asked us a few questions about what types of equipment he had used before. My son has an arm full of different bands.
  8. I took presents unwrapped (Santa in our house never wraps anyway). I brought the kids stockings and candy too. That year, my son asked for a massage gun (he's a runner) and I was very worried that would get taken, but to my surprise it didn't! Trying to figure out what to give my kids this year that will fit in my suitcase.
  9. We always request a table by the window and the same servers the whole cruise for MTD. I’ve never had an issue with our request. One time we had to wait for the table to be available, but we didn’t mind waiting. I’ve emailed them in dance when I had trouble making reservations online and I’ve gone to the dining room the first day to make my request when it wasn’t as busy. They always seem happy to help us.
  10. There is a play/splash area for kids, pool, beach, volleyball, ping pong, corn hole, basketball, and beach. Everywhere they have tons of chairs with umbrellas for free. We bring our own snorkel gear and a ball to throw at the beach. There is a snack shack with great burgers/chicken, salads, mozzarella sticks, fries, funnel cakes, and cookies or a full buffet area with other options like tacos, fresh fruit, other sandwiches, etc. If you have the drink or wifi packages, both of those work on the island. My kids do enjoy using the floating mats, which are fairly reasonable to rent.
