My OBC also shows as $0. I sent email to Azamara and they sent a quick response. She checked my reservation and verified it was there but no instructions on how to apply it to excursions. She did mention that you can call them to book the excursions.My cruise is in Nov.

If you receive OBC from Azamara when does it usually appear on your account? Mine shows the OBC certificate but no amount. The cruise is in Dec so maybe it is too early. The website has changed since my last cruise with them.Thanks!

I booked a Caribbean for Dec. today during their Flash Sale . It had a $600 OBC from Azamara and the travel agent called and there was another promotion for $550 that was combinable. I was shocked and pleased. There were only 5 cabins left and all were Oceanview but maybe a verandah will open up closer to the sailing.I love Azamara and will manage if that is all that is available. The cruise is now sold out. I received ethe mail this a.m. from them and the choice was limited but some good prices were available. It was for 4 free nights and a $600 OBC on any of the listed cruises.

I just returned from the Jewel and used my time dining. Some tables for 2 were side by side but others were angled. They were not as close as the ones on my last 3 Celebrity cruises so I was pleased. I smile politlely but keep my answers short to avoid conversations when eating. I am not anti-social but request a table for 2 for a reason.

We flew to Amsterdam and arrived the day of the cruise but it went smoothly and I was so happy to see the ship. Wonderful cruise with sunshine everyday!!

Well if I do it's going to have some 'splaining to do!!!!!! I guess my stomach ulcer will heal eventually! 😁

Thank you. I called the other day and was told since I had already completed check-in I would have to wait until I arrived at the pier to have it changed. I just searched the edocs but couldn't find an emergency number. I called the one for Visa Central but they weren't open yet.

Success!!! So much of my stress and apprehension was unnecessary but.... I caught the early flight, in line at the agency at 7 (people were already there for 8 o'clock appts). They opened the doors at 7:30 and we were allowed to go and submit paperwork. By 8 I was at a cafe having a breakfast. I returned at 10:30 to wait for my 11:30 pick-up time but it was ready so out I went. Back to airport ,changed to an earlier flight and was landing back home at 3!!! Was amazed at how smoothly it went and how efficient and nice everyone was. Then I wandered in the parking garage trying to find my car! 45 mns later I found it with the help af an airport employee. I was numb by that time with absolutley no sleep but all ended well. Now I get to head to Chicago then on to Amsterdam tomorrow. I am so glad this is a 12 night cruise and not just 7. I need a few extra days of floating to recoup from the passport caper. Thanks everyone for your good wishes and concern. It turned out to be a fun adventure,gorgeous day in DC,passed all of the landmarks and Potomac on way to/from airport.

Passport never appeared so I will click my heels at 5:30 tomorrow morning and appear in Wash DC at the passport office. Does anyone know the Patron Saint of Passports 😊? I need to give him/her a shout ! Wish me luck.....

The fact that is was redeemed as points from credit card may be the difference. It is being treated differently than regular OBC. Good luck!

Please let me know how it went. I am also wondering if there are restrictions on what can be brought into the govt bldgs. I will be camped there for several hours (if alllowed). while I wait. The things we do to take a cruise! 🙂

Has anyone recdently obtained a same day passport from the DC office. I have an 8 a.m.appt and need to book flight home after getting the passport but not sure if it will take all day or maybe 4 hrs. Thanks!!!

I checked the printer,etc. I just moved the refrigerator in hopes it had fallen off the counter. Only found dust bunnies! I always keep a copy in my suitcase so that will help with obtaining my new one. I also have my last 4 voided passports. I am not lying when I say that in a tornado warning I grab the dog my purse and my passport and shelter in the bathroom. My most valuable possessions!!! Non travelling friends think I am crazy to go to these lengths but cruise critic people understand! ✈️🚢

Yes,they issue it that day. It's cutting it close but hoping for the best!

Update: My congresswoman's office attempted to get an an in-person appt but there are no openings on the East Coast. They are only taking appts for "life or death" situations. My options were El Paso Tx or Seattle! I did take the appt offered when I first called that is on the 22nd. So now the game plan is fly to DC on the 22nd return home and fly to Amsterdam on the 23rd. No room for delays .etc but only option. I was able to switch the flights but paid a price for it ~ decided was worth it.

The first person said state dept and I also wondered about DOD????? I am pretty sure that is what he said. Time will tell....

No,fortunately for me it isn't him. He would probaly tell me he is head of the state dept and he can fix it! 😊I spoken with my congresswoman's office and I filled out a form they had on line. They in turn forwarded it to someone who called and needed proof of my departure date so I sent my airline reservation. He said they can't guarentee an appt but were sending it to DOD and I am waiting to hear. I made the appt for the 22nd and may be able to switch flight to the 23rd is there is availablility. I don't like arriving the day of the cruise ,especially in Europe but if that is what it takes I will do it. Thanks for all of the good wishes. Stay tuned for further updates. 😊

I have called twice today and geet the message that this is a heavy call time and to try again later. I also called my representative's officeandthey helped submit a from that may get me some help. Thanks for all ofthe advice.

I have no intention of filing a report. My house was not broken into and my passport would not be the only thing stolen. I fear I may have put it out with papers I had while planning the trip. I had it out for the airline reservations and tthen it was gone. I have even checked all of the dog's hiding places.🐕 Saint Anthony must be on vacation as he isn't answering my calls!! 😊

The cruise is to the British Isles from Amsterdam. The person I spoke with was less than helpful when I asked about canceled appts. I thought about calling our Rep. I was really lookingforward to fish and chips.

I have lost my passport. When I realized a few weeks ago I called the passport agency in DC and was told that I couldn't make an appt for "urgent travel" replacement until today. I called and the first availble appt is the day of my travel!!! The closest ageny is DC so I was going to fly up for the day. I am in shock and don't want to miss my 12 day trip. I have called the travel ins and it is only covered if itwas stolen and i filed a police report. Is there any chance of getting any type of credit for a future cruie from RCCL?

My cruise is in 3 weeks and I just bought it for $15.99 plus gratuity for the 24 pack. Wait until they have a sale.
