Sorry to hear its a rough start for your cruise. I was on the ship in February, and the only issue I had was being told I had 2 drinks already and had to go to muster less than 2 minutes after boarding. Food was great, staff was attentive, and the pools were usable. Granted, the ship was in a warmer climate then, so if the pools aren't heated it's not an issue. Hopefully things improve for you.

Also need more posts about sharing Cheers, and the ultimate, is it worth it to get FTTF so you can get to the bar right away, buy a drink with cheers, share it with your party, while using plastic straws you brought from home and then go to guest services to complain they don't have tablecloths?

Finally, it's been a couple years, but here we are, back to normal! People complaining about straws! Horray! It's time to party like it's 2019! 🥳🎉

I'm bumping this post to see if anyone is able to answer this now. I just booked a solo cruise for next February and am considering this package depending on what the mini bar has for a solo traveler. Looking forward to trying out Celebrity! I've only sailed Carnival and NCL before.
