Firstly it's Isles of Scilly. Locals take offence to that. We had to use local tenders as ships were not allowed. Boy they were difficult getting in and out. Best to ask Saga in advance or wait until on board and ask the shore excursions people.
Yes there were some special offers at the time of booking on certain cruises. Not sure about lowest price though as it's the follow on cruise that counts not the price
Due to new long term medication I can no longer drink alcohol. Not a problem but occasionally I do like a G&T,wine, sparkling wine on holiday. I can't remember if the bars keep non alcoholic spirits, wines? Not interested in beers, largers.
Options to add requests in My Saga have been moved permanently so you'll have to ring. Reason being people were making requests that couldn't be acted upon via My Saga then getting irritated by it
Dance teachers have resumed on the Adventure but no idea about Discovery and ballroom,Latin dance lessons are back. Up to then there were daily Line dancing lessons with the entertainment team

Yes because if you ask for a glass of wine at the bars it will be what's included in the inclusive drinks menu same as the restaurants. However if you wish to order a premium wine you pay for it and goes on your account . They are on the drinks menu with prices. You can also order a bottle of premium wine in the restaurants and it goes on your account.
They have a ramp onto the bus. You are then pushed up the steep gangway onto the ship. Did you you book port assistance? I only use a wheelchair off shore and be it goes with my luggage and stored on the ship. It's then out out on shore on port days. If you're a full time user you would have booked an accessible cabin to use the chair on board
