  1. What is 1B$ in marketing? NOTHING! But I AGREE! I told one of the bar tenders pour whatever vodka you want in my drink. He poured Belvedere Vodka. I did not even pay for the package. Drink is on the billionaires at MSC. Rock bottom prices are actually hard to keep. Companies have to make a profit. Like I only paid 225$ for a 5 day cruise with Easy Plus included! Not a clue in the world how they made a profit on this one. Diesel is expensive.
  2. We just got off the Meravigilia, and they allowed us as much as we want. Sometimes they were not even ringing them up.
  3. Thank you for contacting MSC Cruises, our offices are currently closed. Please call back during normal business hours 9-6 M-F I was really calling to complain about my last cruise. Like a absolute mess.
  4. Only if you could see the photos I have on my phone. It was a MESS. HOT MESS. People are paying sometimes thousands of dollars to be on this ship, and are on vacation. Building memories. I am in the groups lol. HOT MESS.
  5. Anytime! I agree with what you are saying. If it helps. They are in a contract to serve for a set rate each week, and they split the grats. Cash is 100%. I am honestly going to just give cash now. I am not sure how the policy is on the ship but my housekeeper could have used that $100.00 because ONLY SHE cleaned my room.
  6. I would like to have the customer's voices heard. I am always down to voice my opinion on my cruise, and I want MSC to succeed. Will this cruise line actually do that? The website is the worst I have ever been on. Last year the shipping company made over 50B USD. Why can they not fix these issues? How is MSC competitive with the US Market? What is the company actually doing to improve their environmental record across the entire industry?
  7. I too take advantage of these rates because a CRUISE is what you make of it. I have to agree though. If they do not have the staff to handle this volume, then they need for sake of humanity, lower the occupancy for a few weeks. MSC is trying to build a clientele here in the US. People know there is a choice between who to cruise, and not to cruise, and they know people such as myself shop around.
  8. Do you by chance have any loyalty with any brand? Match your status, and let MSC pay for your restaurant. I am a major Hilton traveler. I am a F/A, and I am obviously in rooms all the time, and them stays do add up. They gave me MSC Diamond status.

  11. So my package was included in my recent cruise, as I am sure many on board my ship was as well. I actually felt more inclined to slip my bar tender a few extra dollars. I gave one $20.00, and he actually gave me a hug, and said you have no idea what cash does to us. We talked for about an hour. I never had to worry about a bad drink.
