I know the feeling. I earned it on Oct 2022. As they were out of stock, I left request to send it to me by mail. Never got it. This year I send reminder, that I still haven't got it. First they refused. Second time they sent request form, which I filled and sent back. Third time, after I filled form, they refused again. In this point I was already upset.... After a few e-mail I added mbayley to cc and things happened, even I was not hopping anymore...

On our last cruise in February a clock at the gangway was not correct. It was 1 hour back.

They has changed it without any explantion. They have homeported Expoler to Athens for whole Oct 2024. For 2025 are still cruises to Dubrovnik and Kotor.

Now the 27th sailing is for sale again and our cabin is also for sale, even we have not decided to cancel yet. Wondering, what Royal will do, if someone will book the same cabin and we will not cancel?!

According to the e-mail they should sail on 19th from Rome to Athens. Royal web shows at the moment for 19th Oct: VISITING: Ravenna (Venice), Italy Santorini, Greece Mykonos, Greece Athens (Piraeus), Greece Split, Croatia Ravenna (Venice), Italy

They were also out of stock on Odyssey last Oct and they promised to send it by mail. I sent request to C&A last week (second time already), because I'm still waiting... Yesterday I got answer, that I have not ordered it in 12 months after cruise and they will not send it to me anymore.

At least my account stays now logged in.

We were not able to go two months ago and I asked rebooking on sailing day and I got answer: Unfortunately, this is not possible because the sail date is today So I read out from this, that it still can be done, but not on date of sailing. Or there are different rules in US and Europe?

It was in August last year. And it was regular reservation.

I have done rebooking once after final payment. And it was 14 days before sailing.
