Originally booked veranda. Moved up to Aquaclass Sky Suite, with a max bid.

We are cruising on Friday and received our notice of winning bid yesterday (Tuesday) for a pretty full ship.

We purchased a dining package. Once onboard, do you go to the actual specialty restaurant that you want to make the reservation? Or is there a central podium that we can go to?

I ended up using the reservation line to book our offer, as I did not hear back from the PCC assigned to my account. I was disappointed to learn that the offers that both my husband and I received were for a guarantee cabin, as I thought we could be able to choose a specific stateroom. Is it like that with all casino offers?

That's interesting to note. My offer came on Wednesday and I received another one today for a lower class stateroom but with more selection of sailings to choose.

How often do casino offers go out? I received my offer two months after my first HAL cruise in May. If I don't book this time around, will I get the same type of offers sent periodically? My current offer is comp verandah with free play.

I have a Campaign ID in the email. Is that the promo code? I logged into my account and tried to enter the ID in the "OFFER CODE" box but it says "Offer code invalid". Not sure why...would have liked to have just booked directly online.

Hi - I just received a casino offer which includes comp cabin plus free play. The email says to contact the PCC listed; I have not used a PCC previously. I would prefer to just book this directly with the general reservations line; am I able to do so or does it have to go through the PCC? My offer has only a five day booking window, so I didn't want any delays.

We had a check in time of 10:40 am for the Koningsdam a few weeks ago from Canada Place. Check in for HA was quick; took a couple of minutes. The lineups were at US customs; there were also 2 other ships embarking as well as the Koningsdam. At our time, there were lines but they were moving. We were in our cabin by noon.

Hi all - we are a family from Toronto who will be cruising mid-August to Alaska, departing from Vancouver. Our ship, Serenade of the Seas, will be arriving back into Vancouver port at 7 am. Our flight back to Toronto is at 11 am that same day. I'm second guessing now, and feel it might be too close. Thoughts?
