  1. I agree about doing frequent time changes, but when we did an itinerary almost identical to the O.P.s, even though ship's time kept changing, it still wasn't the same as port time on two of the stops. One time we changed before a port that was on the same time zone we were already on, and the other time we changed after we left a port when we should have changed before we arrived. As others have said it's up to the captain on each cruise.
  2. The walls, doors and ceilings are all metal, so a good magnet will stick to them.
  3. You can link your party together in the app. Check all of the names when you request a table. Everyone in your party will get the notifications that a table has been requested with approximate wait time, and and then when the table is ready.
  4. This is what T-Mobile offers in most countries. I'm pretty sure this is on all T-Mobile plans.
  5. The door to your stateroom will not be locked until they ready for you at which time your sail & sign will be in an envelope in your mailbox waiting for you.
  6. You don't even have to turn it back on as soon as you re-board. Cellular at Sea is not on while the ship is in port. I've seen conflicting reports about how far out they have to be before turning it on, I've seen everywhere from 5 to 14 miles out. But as long as you put your phone back into airplane mode within a few minutes of leaving port you will be fine.

  8. I still trying to figure that, and was waiting for someone to respond to your question.
  9. I just received the same email. I was hoping for a another Elite offer, but apparently I didn't get enough points on my last Elite cruises to keep getting those😕
  10. According to Cruise Mapper, Carnival Magic is scheduled for a 6-day Western Caribbean and an 8-day Southern Caribbean cruise during those dates. It may be sold out during those dates, so it wouldn't be listed on Carnival's website.
  11. Carnival lists the next scheduled dry dock as 10/06/25-11/20/25, but doesn't say what work will be done Maintenance Schedule Dry Dock: 2/21/16-3/06/16 Dry Dock: 5/03/21-5/24/21 Dry Dock: 10/06/25-11/20/25 https://help.goccl.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1495/kw/dry dock schedule
  12. I just used the search words GROUP TRAVEL on Carnival's site. You could try calling their Group Department a call at 866-721-3225 that was listed on that page. They might be able to help your organizers with information about promoting your event, or at least steer you in the right direction. Good luck with your reunion. And we will all be looking forward to a review about your reunion cruise. Here is a link to the information from Carnival: https://help.carnival.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3770/~/group-travel
