We called NCL today after the price of our cabin dropped significantly. This was after they cancelled one of our ports of call as well, so we thought we would try to see if there was anything they could do as far as OBC. The rep I spoke with, who was very kind, said their policy had changed on giving OBC due to covid, and they no longer do it. She said all she could do was send me something to fill out to maybe get some FCC, but apparently the several hundred dollar price drop of our cabin didn't meet that threshold.
I have read about others recently getting 50% of the difference in FCC, or even a certain percentage of OBC for a price difference after final payment. Is anyone else aware of this rule change? Not sure if it's worth trying to speak with someone else or not. Thanks!
