We are currently in Regensberg and travelled from Amsterdam with no water issues. Our captain advised that high water may be more of an issue but great as of now.

We boarded the River Duchess in Amsterdam yesterday. The crew are also very optimistic that the trip to Budapest will proceed as per normal. First River Cruise for me and Uniworld have been sensational. Great friendly staff with great sense of humour and food is amazing.

Aapparently Uniworld's River Duchess has been stuck at Passau for 2 days due to low water. Its on the way to Amsterdam for our 14 September departure to Budapest. The passengers are awaiting news if they are able to depart or what is happening next. Lets hope for some rain for us river cruisers.

Does anyone know if the ANZ complimentary travel insurance covers river cruises.
