We received this offer as well. I sent it to my TA who checked it out for us. Legit but only person (my husband ) who got the email could book. We’ll be on the Infinity in November on an 8 day cruise. Had to pay port fees and tax for $413. We were told if we wanted the drink package it would add another $1100 so we opted to just pay as we go. I was given a choice of a few balcony rooms too. I almost forgot…neither of us are gamblers. My husband had one point on a Blue Chip account. I think he played about $20 on slot machines on our last Celebrity cruise in 2019.

My granddaughters, ages 12, 14 and 19 wear cute sundresses usually to dinner on our cruises. The 2 youngest get hand me down fancy dresses for more formal nights. I have seen the kids around here and how they dress for school…short shorts, ripped jeans. Definitely not for dinner on a cruise.

Perserversance wins...finally got the status match to work.

I am now able to fill out the status match however I can't get them to accept my file. I downloaded a picture from Princess with all my information but this part isn't working. Any suggestions?

I have tried for a few weeks. All I got was error. Someone on Cruise Critic said my TA could do it. Finally phoned MSC and was told I could email. Email reply told me to do it online. Last phone call told me they were having problems with website and should be working by next week.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get status matched with Princess. My TA was told she can’t do it when she tries after I told her I had problems. I called and was told I would have to email all my information to mscvoyagersclub@msccruisesusa which I did. I got a reply telling me I could only do this online. Back to the phone and now I’m told that system isn’t working try next week. My cruise is October 2nd and it would be nice to get upgraded.

Thanks for your review. Our first MSC Divina cruise is Oct. 2. We booked a family cruise on the MSC Seashore for July, 23, 2023. We’ve been on quite a few cruise lines including Celebrity, Royal, Princess, Disney and HAL. Looking forward to trying out MSC.

New on here and not sure how to reply to a certain person. I mentioned I booked two cruises and got Aurea with drinks and WiFi. I did book with a TA. 1st cruises with MSC and thought it all came with Aurea. We also got the massage.
