  2. Hi all. The wife and I are on the May 1 Grandeur sailing out of Rome and our pre-cruise hotel in the Westin Excelsior as well. As for using Bonvoy, I was advised you can give them your membership info at check in but no points or stay credit given since it is a group booking. I plan on giving the info, but not expecting to get the credit. Perhaps things may have changed, so go for it when you arrive. Safe travels to all! 🚢
  3. Hate to burst a bubble, but the launderette on Splendor/Deck 7 is on the Port side near the 770-774 cabins. The diagram on the Regent sight shows it starboard, but that is not correct. As for the FREE laundry, we used it several times on a 12 day cruise and were extremely pleased. Laundry came back folded, wrapped in tissue paper and in a box. Pressed items came back on hangers.As a side note, the iron in the deck 7 LR was out of service during our cruise. The wife went up to deck 8, which is indeed on the starboard side, and used it to press some items we needed immediately.
  4. Recently had the pleasure in August of a 12 day North Sea/Baltic Sea cruise on the Splendor. Have to say it was amazing!! Not sure what reviews on other Regent ships have stated, but find it hard to believe it was less than a Five Star cruise. Ours was seamless on the cruise side. We did have air challenges at it seems everyone does of late. Our flight got cancelled at midnight the day before we were to fly to London and we ended up having to fly from Charlotte NC to Denver, then to London. Was a bit of a longer trip than we had expected, but ended up being the only glitch we experienced. I think that some of the issues are just getting things back to normal after two years of no cruising at all. Hope your decision is to stick with Regent!!!
  5. Hi Billybob. I do not have prices, but here is the number to contact Serene to make inquiries and/or appointments. The number is 877.718.4244.I scheduled a mani/pedi for the wife and they were able to tell me the prices over the phone. The wife was quite surprised at the price to be honest (in a good way). The brochure I found on the Regent site does not give any pricing. It does say you can schedule between 60 to 7 days of sailing, so today or tomorrow might be the latest you can schedule prior to departure. Hope this helps!!
