First of all, he stated there were no current 'alerts' on their end for this cruise. Secondly, he said that if we have to miss embarkation day we can call the emergency contact line at 305-539-4107 to get approval for a 'Downline Request. Was it the Airport Limousine Bus you took to the Citadines Harbour Front in Yokohama? If so, which stop did you get off and how did you get to Citadines? We are taking Airport Limousine Bus from Narita and Citadines advised us to get off at YCAT (Yokohama City Airport Terminal) and take short taxi ride from there. Thanks.
