If you pre book the trio speciality dining on Virtusoa, is the meal at kaito only for the sushi restaurant and can not be redeemed at the teppanyaki?

I just wondered for anyone that has departed from Southampton recently, the cruise we are taking is near full capacity, what sort of queue times should I expect? I am travelling with my family including my grandmother who is 81, she would have trouble queuing for say three hours on embarkation day.

I am looking to book a Fjord cruise in late august/early Sept on the Virtuosa . Assuming the ship is going to be near full capacity, would I be better off booking a regular balcony or a interior YC cabin? I have heard that balcony cabins are recommended in the fjords but also that when the ship is near full capacity things can be a bit manic (queues, overcrowding etc). Unfortunately the YC balconies are a bit too costly for us.
