Like any upgrade situation, it’s always a nail biting session. I don’t think using a future credit or cash bid makes a bit of difference. It’s all based on availability and luck. I sail in 10 days and got an upgrade 2 weeks out. Good luck!

Just did a cruise in October on the Star. Worst ship I have been on with NCL. The focus of the Atrium is the Starbucks coffee kiosk. Dancing is limited to the Bliss lounge aft on level 7. Small dance floor. Entertainment in general average at best. I have had nothing but positive reviews for all my NCL cruises until this one.

Just returned from cruise on “The Star”. They don’t give you a can they pour in a large glass of ice from the bar fountain. With tax and tip the price was U.S. 4.55. It’s a no win situation. I am not a big soda drinker but enjoy an occasional coke O. So the soda package is a waste on me but I resent paying for a watered down coke at highway robbery prices. I complained in writing to NCL.
